Casa Chula Vista Villa

First off, if I was to give it a star rating out of 5, it would be a 10! Chula Vista exceeded our expectations as soon as we booked it. Cynthia, the owner and her staff, including her assistant Matt, provided us with Exceptional service. Any questions that we asked were always answered within a very reasonable amount of time, and we had many! When we arrived our first night, a fresh chicken caesar salad and fresh bread were even awaiting us! How very thoughtful after a full day of traveling including flight delays! On our first day, Matt even had time to drive us to the grocery store and back. I'm sure he is not always available to do this, so it was greatly appreciated! The villa itself was absolutely stunning! Even though we arrived at night, it was easy to see that it was breathtaking. The beautiful cathedral palapa ceiling was the first thing that blew us away. The marble -tiled floors, the 5 bedrooms and bathrooms with the colourful Mexican-themed mosaic tile everywhere and lovely bedding on the very comfy beds, the lovely private verandahs on some of the bedrooms, the impressive kitchen with all kitchen supplies necessary, the tasteful furnishings everywhere and of course, the knock-your-socks of patio complete with large outdoor kitchen and table with seating for 8 and that infinity pool! WOW!!! And we will never forget that incredible panoramic view of the Bay of Banderas that captivated us from dawn to dusk, and of course the sparkling lights at night and the fireworks on New Year's Eve! The humpback whales frequently entertained us during the day with their frolicking in the ocean! I could go on and on raving about this property because it truly was above and beyond in every way!!! And a shout out to Matt for recommending a private chef from Gou Catering to prepare an unbelievable dinner on New Year's Eve as a surprise birthday gift to my youngest daughter. It was an exquisite culinary experience for us all! Many, Many Thanks to you, Cynthia, and Matt, and all other staff involved in making our stay at your beautiful Chula Vista truly a Dream Vacation! We very much enjoyed our family vacation at the Chula Vista property! We love the Real del Mar development overall and this house did not disappoint. It is very well appointed, has great views and worked very well for our family. There are indeed five bedrooms (four with en suite bath) plus great outdoor sitting areas both in the sun and shade. We love the combination of being able to hang out at a comfortable home, plus spend the day hanging out at the beach club. Overall we'd highly recommend this property.

Nice Home, great view, and nice property management, but this is a 3 bedroom home with two additional rooms that have been converted....neither with closets. If you have a smaller family or group...great house to rent. Avoid if you are in need of a true 4 or 5 bedroom home.
