Casa Cassiodoro A is a characteristic age-old farm house surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. It sleeps six people. From Casa Cassiodoro A you will enjoy a pleasant view of the Tuscan countryside. Casa Cassiodoro A is 90 square meters (970 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a private patio, a shared garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 3 km(1.8 miles) from Castelfiorentino, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation.
Casa Cassiodoro A is located on the first floor. You will reach it from the main entrance of the building going up a stairway which consists of approximately 25 steps.
To stay at Casa Cassiodoro A you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, inside the entrance gate. Please note that access to Casa Cassiodoro A is along a 800-meter (half-a-mile) unpaved road.

The complex was once a small village, typical of the Tuscan countryside. It is situated in the middle of an area which covers 50 hectares of land, cultivated with grapevines and olive groves.


Here you will find four stone buildings which have been renovated into holiday homes. A large garden and a swimming pool will be available for you.


Three of the buildings have been separated into eight apartments, they are close to each other and near the swimming pool. The other building has one apartment only (Casa Cassiodoro A) and it is about 400 metres from the shared pool.

Swimming Pool
You will reach the swimming pool from the street level going down approximately six stairway steps. The pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long. The area is equipped with a table, chairs and sun loungers, and it is partly shaded by a pergola. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a fascinating view of the valley. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of June until the end of September.
Garden
The garden is partly shaded by trees. It is equipped with a table, chairs and sun loungers. In the garden you will find a children's playground. Here you will also find a barbecue. The garden is shared with the other guests staying at the complex.
Laundry room
In the laundry room you will find a washing machine at your disposal (please note that use of the laundry facilities is not included in the rental fee and must be paid locally).  Patio
The patio is partly shaded by trees. It is equipped with a table and chairs.
Living Room
The living room is paved with ancient terracotta tiles. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable, and include a sofa and two armchairs. There is a big and age-old fireplace. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has two windows with a view of the countryside.
Bedroom 1
The first bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a small sofa. The room has a window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 2
The second bedroom has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 3
The third bedroom has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a window.
Bathroom 1
The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
Bathroom 2
The second bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a bathtub. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room and from the corridor.
