Casa by the Sea

This is a great property in a quiet neighborhood, 5 minute walk to the beach. House had everything we needed. Furnishings are updated and the beds were very comfortable.Our two doodles loved running on the beach. We enjoyed the beautiful sunsets. Host gave great recommendations for restaurants and things to do. We’ll be back!

We used this as a base for visiting the Channel Islands National Park and areas in greater L.A. The listing was as advertised and very convenient to Ventura Marina. The beach is easily accessible and less than five minute walk.We recommend the Casa by the Sea for your recommendation.

This was our second time staying here. Great location near shopping and restaurants and of course, the beach. The house is well stocked for preparing meals and snacks, just visit the local markets to buy your favorite foods. There were several upgrades since our last visit, new bedding and lighting and the ceiling fans were a great addition. On suggestion: a shower ward would be welcomed. We plan to stay again sometime next year.

My husband and I loved this beach house. There is plenty of room for even a small family and the beach was down the street. We enjoyed a perfect weekend at the beach.

Charming, thoughtfuly decorated house. Well equipped. We brought our very well behaved Labrador and enjoyed her first time at the beach. We will go back!

Thanks for a great location and house during our stay in Oxnard.House was exactly as pictured and was a great location!We had an issue with check-in, but the host responded quickly to help.If you go to the beach, be prepared for a climb through the sand! There is a way to drive there or you can find a lesser hill farther down the beach.

This home was wonderful for a short visit with my son who is a Navy Seabee based in Port Hueneme. The house is just steps away from Silver Strand beach and tucked away in an idyllic neighborhood. It was the best VRBO I have ever had the opportunity to rent. On the last day, we discovered the beach chairs and equipment in the garage. Because of a short visit, we were not able to use the beach equipment, but we will definitely return! I will most definitely rent this property again. Kimberly

First impressions matter. Upon entering the property, we realized we made a great choice. Spacious but cozy, we felt right at home. Clean and well appointed everything needed to make a pleasant 3 day getaway. Good location for shopping and restaurants and steps to the beach. You get the whole house in a walkable and quiet beach neighborhood. We brought two small dogs and the property included a small rear yard and patio. We plan to return soon.

The perfect place for me and my family, felt like our home away from home! Super spacious living room/kitchen area for dining and hanging out. Silverstrand beach was just a short walking distance away. I would definitely recommend and would stay again and again, thank you! ?
