Stayed Mar 23, 2019We had a great time at Casa McNeill. It's a truly beautiful home. Both downstairs bedrooms were more than big enough for our kids. They both loved each having their own bathrooms. The master suite was amazing- at first I was wondering where to put our suitcases, and then I walked into the bathroom and saw the beautiful closet cabinets- with more than enough space for both my stuff and my wife (a notorious over packer). The walk in shower was open and airy. The walk out deck on the master was the perfect place to watch the sun go down. We ate breakfast each day on the rooftop patio, lounging in the hammock and easing into our day. Some days we just stayed home and the kids played in the pool, while we read and relaxed. The beach chairs and umbrella were perfect for us- we kept them in the trunk of our rental car the whole time and were ready for Cerritos Beach at the drop of a hat. The beach was an easy drive- less than 10 minutes. We were up there most days, playing in the water and sand and renting a boogie board for our 7 year old. Our nights were spent in Todos Santos walking around and enjoying the restaurants, or checking out Pescadero spots. With a three year old, our options were limited, once the kids are a little older I'm sure we'll take some adventure tours out in La Paz, but for now, we had an amazing week taking it easy at Casa McNeill. We'll definitely be back!

Stayed Mar 12, 2019The outdoor space was very inviting especially for morning coffee and reading, listening to the waves, playing in the pool, dinner on the patio, etc. The view from the master bedroom is to die for. The roof top is unbelievable space. The location was wonderful, away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to restaurants, bakery, groceries and the beach. The beach is a short walk from the house and is 3 to 4 miles long of white sand. There are very few people on it! Some of the highlights of our stay ---the fisherman coming in on Lobos beach, Palm Beach, the Green Room north of Todos, Carnitas Miguel, margaritas across the highway from Art and Beer, the Barracuda in Cerritos. The house had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. We would highly recommend it.

Stayed Dec 26, 2018The view from second story master bedroom is ridiculous! Love waking to see whale spouts from our bed. This is a very new build home. Think we may have been the 3rd guest to stay. A few details around the house are still in progress but did not bother our comfort too much. Heads up that there are not curtains or AC. They do have nice ceiling fans and extra standing fans. At first I thought this and lack of AC and curtains would be a huge problem. Have changed my mind. I don’t even think would want to add curtains to the second story master. The bottom two bedrooms do need but assume they will get in short order. We arrived at the hottest time of the day and did just fine with no AC. Upstairs you get fantastic cross breeze. Downstairs stays cooler due to house construction. At this time of year I do not believe AC should hamper your stay at all. We have stayed in Akumal with no AC at the same time of the year and were miserable. So we are not a roughing it type of crew. It is even a bit cold in the am. The owner and their local house manager were incredible and very responsive and helpful. Go for it on booking this place! Stay atleast three nights to enjoy area and down time at the house to enjoy the views. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.
