'Casa Bella' Florida Getaway w/Heated Spa & Grill

Place was not clean including all floors, rugs and pool area. Watched cleaning people clean half way thru my 4 week stay. No vacuum was used. So how were the rugs in all 3 bedrooms cleaned and the 2 area rugs in living room and game room. None of the 4 beds had a box spring and the mattress were old and crumby!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and used the hot tub and pool almost every day. Our son and daughter-in-law, and grandsons, live very close by, so the location was perfect for us too. Great place to stay and unwind after a day out!

Overall the home was nice clean, and the owner was super friendly. The worst part of the stay was not having a TV for all to watch the entire stay. This is due to the fact there was no remote for the living room upon arrival. We immediately notified the owner and followed her instruction and looked for the remote, in couch cushions, under and behind the sofa, in all the drawers, and there was no remote to be found. The owner ordered one through amazon although when it arrived and we tried to use it we then learned it was not compatible to that TV. Only the primary bedroom had a TV, none of the other rooms had television. I traveled with children and my elderly mom and aunt. It would have been nice to have those simple accommodations. The only other thing that was a big problem was the fact the overhead light in the secondary bedroom in which I was sleeping would not stay on, The room was dark and it was difficult to get dressed, or do any of my work privately.

We really enjoyed this location. The house was very comfortable with great chairs for relaxing in the living room. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. But the best was the pool and hot tub - loved it! Thanks so much - wish we could have stayed longer!

House was clean and spacious. Location worked well to go out exploring and meeting friends. Didn't use the kitchen a lot but when we did it had what we needed. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Owner was extremely responsive to any questions or needs - almost immediately responses. She worked hard to address all questions and needs. Overall a nice rental in the sun!

Loved the house. Close to beaches and a great walking trail. The hot tub was used every evening. This house was spotless and host was quick to respond to any questions. Definitely plan to stay here again soon.

We stayed for a week and we had a great time! The communication was great, almost instant answers!!! Convenient location and very comfy house! Loved it!!!
