⭐️Casa Bella ☀️700ft to Beach with Heated Pool - Fort Lauderdale

House as pictured. Absolutely perfect for 7 ladies escaping the cold! Plenty of room, clean, excellent location-so close to the beach. Pool was good but lots of construction noise made sitting outside difficult during the day. Appreciated all the chairs for the beach. Could use more handtowels and washclothes for the bathrooms. Kitchen very well equipped. Hosts very responsive and accommodating.

We were visiting Fort Lauderdale on a girlfriend’s getaway trip! The sleeping arrangements in this house were perfect and the home was very clean! Great location to everything as well with just a short walk to the beach! Really enjoyed our stay!! The host was excellent with communication and would respond back to any request or question very promptly!! Thank you Erick for a wonderful trip away with the girls!!!

Great location to the beach. Very comfortable home, we even fixed thanksgiving dinner here. It was fabulous.

The house is spacious and comfortable. There are washers & dryers, small appliances, beach equipment and everything you could possibly need. The access to the beach is great.However, the outside of the home needs attention. It needs power washing and the landscaping needs clean up. First impression when you pull into the driveway is terrible.My only suggestion for the inside of the home is for regular maintenance of the AC and refrigerator filters. The AC filter looked like it hadn’t been changed in over a year. But the management company was wonderful. Easy to reach for questions and were accommodating. I dealt with Erick who couldn’t be nicer and the company manager stopped by after we had an issue due to a bad rain storm. He wanted to make sure everything was okay and if there was anything additional we needed.

Very convenient location, 1 min walk to beach and Publix is. About 3 min walk. House is very well kept, clean and spacious. Garage is filled with all beach supplies and pool was very well maintained and clean. Good size bedrooms and having 3 full bath rooms made it very convenient for a family of 6.

The best stay ever. We had some issues with the pool the first day and the owner was so quick to get it fixed and was so nice and apologetic about it. Location was amazing. The beach was super close. Ping pong table was a hit and all the beach equipment was a huge plus. The only issue I would say is that the hot water only stays hot for about 5 minutes. One of the bath tubs you have to fill the bath from the shower head and the other one doesn’t hold water. So trying to give a 2 year old a bath was hard. Other than that a perfect vacation. Definitely will be back. The hospitality was a 20. Couldn’t ask for better.

We had an amazing time at Casa Bella, the location was close to many restaurants and just steps to the beach. They were fully stocked on everything you’d need for the beach including, towels, multiple umbrellas, a beach wagon and cart, sand toys and goggles, tons of beach chairs that had backpack straps and a storage pocket so we didn’t have to carry an additional bag. The pool was great (loved that it was heated). The kitchen had everything you would need. The communication was outstanding. I would definitely book this house again!

Fantastic home, well located a very short walk to the beach and to restaurants and water taxi. Home was spacious, immaculate and stocked with everything we needed for home, beach and pool. Tons of beach chairs with a wagon to help get our stuff to and from beach. Pool was beautiful. Highly recommend. We will come back!

Our family group had a wonderful stay. The property is perfectly located for multiple activities. The beach is a very short walk away, and the home has all of the desired beach supplies available to the renter. Great restaurants are also within walking distance. The communication with the manager, Erick, was outstanding! He was very responsive to any questions and needs from the booking throughout the completion of our stay. The beds were very comfortable, and there were ample linens and beach towels. We all felt this was a super choice for a memorable stay over the holidays.

The host was very flexible with check-in and check-out and the location was 1 block from the beach. Well-stocked kitchen. The pool was too cold to swim in (November) as it was blocked by trees. We would stay here again.
