Casa Alinna☀️HEATED Pool-Spacious Private Fort Lauderdale Beach House Kayak/Park

Awesome property, location, and host! The property is excellent - great pool, unique access to lagoon, lots of wildlife (don't worry, no gators), plenty of space to unwind and enjoy company. The location felt very safe and unique being so close to the beach and also on the lagoon, hard to top that. The host's communication was excellent - always quick to respond with any question I had. As other reviewers mentioned, the bedroom setup is not addressed in the listing details and is very unique. None of the bedrooms can be accessed from other bedrooms without going outside. The master suite (1 full bath) is the only bedroom on the main level (1 half bath). Another bedroom (1 full bath shower only) is located under the main level, connected only by an outdoor staircase. The third bedroom (1 half bath) is located in the garage, which again is not directly accessible from either the main or lower levels. All doors to all bedrooms/levels are properly secure with their own keypads.Property is described as gated, but host will leave the gate open during your stay, which does eliminate the security of a gate. However, the area feels very safe, so we weren't too concerned with that.The master bedroom king size bed is VERY firm, so we struggled sleeping as we are not used to that. I know mattresses are personal preference, but figured this info might help others like us.

Beautiful and convenient location! The kayaks were wonderful to take down the lagoon! Kitchen is well stocked with utensils. Gorgeous property! We loved it!

This property is absolutely amazing! The views from the main rooms just added to the overall relaxation that you feel the minute you walk in.

The owner was very easy to communicate with and quickly responded to questions. We enjoyed using the kayaks and pool. The house is very comfortable and nicely furnished.

We had such a wonderful stay at Casa Alinna! The house was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The heated pool was perfect for relaxing, and the location made it easy to enjoy both the beach and the nearby park. Having the kayak available was a great bonus. Everything was clean, private, and exactly as described. Thank you for making our weekend stay so enjoyable we’d love to return!

Great house. We will definitley stay again. The back yard was fantastic (huge for Lauderdale) and the pool was great. There aren't very many places in Fort Lauderdale with a property backed up to a state park (no houses behind the house). We loved seeing all the wild life during the day. The only complaints we have are; It was a little scary for the kids to stay down stairs because they had to go outside to go back and forth to the main floor (not a big deal). Also, there was not a lot of sitting space inside. A bigger couch would have been great. If a lager group would have come the couch would have a been an issue.

Loved the property! Would love to see the backyard sitting area and swing like the photos showed..Stayed many places amd this is one of my favorites!

We returned for a second year to celebrate our daughter’s birthday and Spring Break with friends and family at Casa Alinna. The cleanliness, prime location, and quiet setting of this home makes it one that we will return to again and again. We loved seeing the ocean out front and having the nature view out back. Erick is fantastic to deal with - looking forward to another visit soon!
