Bedrooms & Bathrooms

On the ground floor, you will find the master suite, featuring a walk-in closet and a private en-suite bathroom. A second full bathroom is also located on this level, easily accessible from the common areas.

Upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms:

One queen bedroom, bright and comfortable

One bedroom with expandable twin beds, configurable for 2 up to 4 guests, ideal for families or groups

This floor also includes a full bathroom, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests.

Living Areas

The living room is warm and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a day of excursions. It features a large Smart TV and comfortable seating areas for sharing time together.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to feel at home: oven, high-power stovetop, microwave, complete cookware, and coffee options including filter coffee and Nespresso. Basic cooking supplies such as oil, salt, and vinegar are provided for your convenience.

Heating – A Key Feature

One of Casa Abruzzo’s most important highlights is its smart electric heating system throughout the entire house, allowing you to enjoy a stable and comfortable indoor temperature at all times. This is especially valuable during the Patagonian winter, when outdoor temperatures can drop as low as –20°C (–4°F).

Outside, the property features a private driveway for parking and a large green garden, surrounded by trees and flowers. The peaceful setting offers open views of the Andes Mountains and Lake Argentino, making it an ideal place to relax and unwind.
