Nice house, good amenities and close walk to Charleston downtown.

It was wonderful to have our own place which was cute, comfortable, quiet, and in a safe neighborhood. The location was walking distance to great shops and restaurants on King street. Also small neighborhood restaurants. And a huge plus was having off street parking. Would love to stay here again in the future. Thanks for allowing us to stay.

Home was clean, and perfect for our stay. If you are into food, this is the PERFECT neighborhood, walk to ALL the top restaurants and wine bars. Quiet street, parking was ideal. Communication prior to check in was easy and smooth. Would stay here on all our future Charleston trips

This was a great stay for us and our dog! Very close to everything, so the city was very walkable. We would stay here again!

Great location!

The location is perfect for easy access to downtown and the neighborhood itself has many little shops and restaurants, we particularly liked BTW. The apartment is nicely updated and furnished, combining modern conveniences with classic architecture. The bed was very comfy and the large shower was great. There is private parking right outside the door, but we didn’t have a car and instead walked or took the free shuttle everywhere.

Some spider webbs dust on baseboards stains on sink window shade, dryer defective, lighting in property fair

Nice property, excellent location. Would recommend that the upstairs bedroom have a better curtain over the sink. The light from the street is pretty bright at night. Also, the dryer needs some maintenance. Very loud sort of piercing noise. Small fixes. Otherwise, nice place to stay.

I had such an amazing time staying here! It was beautiful, clean, I felt safe, and I could walk to just about anywhere for lunch, shopping, etc...Or simply go to the nearest bus stop to catch the free downtown Trolley to another destination! Great communication with the Host. They went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. Highly recommend!

Great location. Only a few minutes walk from the heart of Charleston. Very clean, extremely comfortable. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

We recently stayed for 5 days in this lovely home and we loved every minute of it. Perfect location with nearby restaurants and loved the Little Bar next door. Entire stay was lovely as well as all the people we met. Would go back in a hearbeat!

House was perfect for our first stay in Charleston. Everything was super clean. Very Pet Friendly area. Several dog parks near the house. Enjoyed our stay! Owners very communicative and friendly.

Great location for staying in the north part of downtown, great food in walking distance, Berkley's and Chubby Fish. Holey City Bagels has great coffee and Bagel sandwiches. Played Golf at Patriot Point, 10 min. drive.

The location was perfect to walk around Charleston for the restaurants, bars and scenic views. The bed was big and comfortable and the balcony was wonderful. Great place!

Spotless and cozy! Perfect quiet quick getaway for our anniversary. Excellent location with many options within walking distance or a 6 minute Uber. House is as advertised and we are pretty picky. House is clean, check-in was easy, communication is VERY good and responsive. Kitchen basics are all covered and very clean. Basically an Upper King location and very walkable to downtown area or pedicabs are easy to hail or call for pickup. D'Allesandro's Pizza about a block away was a great find for our last night after needing to relax a bit. Highly recommended.

We were concerned about the noise level of the location during the evenings, but we were pleasantly surprised. The restoration was exceptionally well done. This property is ideally situated for exploring and enjoying all that Charleston has to offer.

Super close to restaurants, shopping and King Street. Very comfortable for a couple looking to tour the city of Charleston and beyond!

My wife and I stayed here for our 21st wedding anniversary. It was clean and ready to go with no issues. Pictures of the property were accurate. It was conveniently located within walking distance of just about everything we wanted to see. Obviously, driving was needed for some things. The off street parking spot was convenient and the neighborhood was quiet. It had plenty of natural light and a complete kitchen which was more than we needed. The bed was too soft for us but you can't please everybody. I would recommend this property and will consider staying there again.

My husband & I stayed in the Cosy Downtown carriage house for the July 4th week. The property is spacious and well appointed. We loved the downstairs living space combined with the upstairs large bedroom and bath. The location is ideal not only for walking to restaurants and shops in historic Charleston, but it’s close location to highways made for a very quick commute to Mount Pleasant, Sullivan’s Island and Isle of Palm. Off street parking was also a bonus. Highly recommend!

Easy to navigate location and access to everything

This property is in a great location, plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, etc. in the neighborhood. So nice to be able to park and walk everywhere. The unit had everything we needed. Excellent and friendly communication from the rental agency too!

We enjoyed this property. Loved having two floors and the property was very clean, well stocked with soaps, towels and extra bonus coffee which is a wonderful perk! Everything worked well and very spacious! No closets but easy to accommodate.

This location is so amazing! It’s within walking distance to so many things including a mini bar, bookstore, coffee shop, Chubby Fish, Vern’s, pizza joint and candle shop! None of them took more than 5 minutes to walk to!

We loved our stay-it was very comfortable, with all amenities provided, even a washer/dryer. It was centrally located with amazing restaurants and cafe's in walking distance. We look forward to our return!

Great property with great location. Few comments. First, nowhere to hang anything. No coat tree, no hangers upstairs. Rather inconvenient. Also, upstairs sink area needs a pullout mirror. Difficult to shave or put on makeup with only the side mirror and the room itself does not have good lighting to do it anywhere else. Would stay again if these two things are done.

We did love the size and the cleanliness. It was an unusually cold week in Charleston and the lower level did not heat up as well as the upstairs, even when we closed the doors at the bottom of the stairs. Never figured out how to turn on the lights over the sink but we loved the kitchen. When coming inside the unit had a Smokey smell like someone had smoked something inside.

This was a great location and comfortable place to stay. The bed was pretty comfortable, and it was nice to have the living room space and extra half bath. Loved the Elliottborough mini bar next door!

This property was very clean and comfortable. We loved having our own happy hour on the balcony each evening before walking to the restaurants on King St. Great location. Great communication with management company.

My hubs and our dog came to stay 4 nights and had a wonderful experience. Communication was great. Check in was simple and it was very clean! The ac was cool enough for me to sleep well (hot flashes) thanks the the additional ac upstairs. We were not bothered by the noise as some reviewers stated. But we are heavy sleepers. The bed was comfy and although we had a car we walked everywhere for the most part. Definately would stay here again. Thank you!!
