Stayed Apr 9, 2026The house was beautiful. The location was perfect! However, there was 100% pet dander and hair in the home. It’s supposed to be a pet free property. I am allergic to dogs and cats which is why I chose a listing that wasn’t pet friendly. I had a horrendous time with my allergies while staying here. I tried to use the vacuum once in the bedroom but the vacuum smelled absolutely awful of dirty dog. It made the entire room stink, even though I only had it on for less than a minute. It was also full of dust and pet hair. And so was the second vacuum. The jets in the bathtub were disgusting. There was visible dirt/mildew/mold in the filter part of them. There was also visible mold/mildew in the frames of the sliding glass doors. Almost of the batteries in the tv remotes were dead so we couldn’t use them. I definitely recommend this listing for staying at if you’re not allergic to animals. But if you are allergic, an ESPECIALLY if you’re anaphylactic, do NOT stay here.

Stayed Oct 11, 2025We enjoyed our girl’s trip to Carolina Beach. The rental was very clean, great location and easy walk to the beach and restaurants. We also enjoyed sitting on the deck overlooking the lake and enjoyed walking around the lake too. We definitely recommend staying here.

Stayed Aug 7, 2025This property was as described except the outdoor furniture was different than as pictured and those cushions need cleaned.Excellent communication when I had questions . The house is about a 10 minute walk to the beach and just across the walking trail to the Veggie wagon which you need to visit. We will definately stay again if in the area.

Stayed May 24, 2024We liked backing up to the pond. It provides a nice place to walk, and a good view from the balcony(ies). The kitchen had clearly labeled cabinets, which I appreciate. There wasn’t anything we were lacking. Cute decor, comfy couch with a blanket. All around good spot!
