The property had everything we needed for a great stay.. Attention to detail was 2nd to none.. The hosts were really welcoming and friendly. It had a beautiful private garden and that location couldn’t have been better, It was in a no through Road, but it was only 15 minutes to the beach and shops and restaurants, Some local bars and restaurants were about a seven minute walk away which is where there was a market every Wednesday and Sunday, which was huge. We went for several walks whilst we were there and you could walk for miles without seeing many cars and so it was very peaceful, I found the French in general to be very friendly and welcoming when you visited a shop or a restaurant.. Can’t wait to go back !!

We all had a great holiday. The house was great nice and modern and plenty of room. Great for a barbecue in the garden we have stayed there before. The Hosts are very friendly as well. It is central for the village and Carnac Plage. There are lots of Restaurant and bars to choose and a good location for visiting the other towns and cities.

The house and location in Carnac were fantastic. The house was very spacious and clean. There was everything you needed for a perfect holiday. Marie-Annick welcomed us and showed us around the house. The area is very quiet however is easily walkable to a supermarket and bakery. It is between the inland town and beach. Carnac is a resort which has everything you need without using a car. Several beaches are close by however if using the car there are further great beaches etc to reach within a twenty minute drive. We would definetly recommend renting this house and hopefully return in the future. Thanks for letting us stay.

Property is very modern & clean with all the amenities you could hope for. Marie-Annick is very friendly, but keeps her distance & lets you get on with enjoying yourselves. She is contactable if needed. There are 2 separate toilets & one bathroom with a walk in shower. We are definitely coming back as the location for us was ideal/ property perfect - 2 adults & allowed us to walk everywhere within 10 minutes. Thank you Marie-Annick the stay was perfect.

This is a lovely recently built property with a well equipped kitchen - perfect for a relaxing holiday. The layout of the property (with a south facing patio and garden) means that although in Carnac itself, the accommodation offers peace and seclusion. Bakery and supermarket are nearby with the beach and the town less than a 10 minute walk away. We had not been to Carnac for many years and had forgotten how beautiful it was, though we were spoilt by excellent late-October sunshine. We will definitely be back to the area and this house.

We both enjoyed our stay very much we have been to France quite a lot I think this is the best property we have stayed in. It is lovely and quiet and close to the beaches, town and a supermarket just up the road. Marie-Annick was lovely when we arrived she showed us around. She lives next door with her husband, she is not far away if you have a problem. The house was lovely inside well equipped it was like home from home, it was lovely just to chill outside in the sun. We also did a few barbecues as we find the food so nice in France. First class property.

We loved our stay at this property It was comfortable and very clean and our host had thought of everything to make our stay perfect. The property was well located within walking distance of the beach, town and shops and within easy driving distance to Vannes, Quiberon and cote savage. Ideal spot for touring. Would we visit again - definitely.

We took our grand children to Carnac. a place we have always enjoyed when our children were young, Marie-Annick has a fanastic home to rent exceedingly well equipped and comfortable. Its a few minutes walk into the old town where lots of social events take place and although its within easy walking distance to all the towns beaches loaded with beach paraphernalia its better to take the car. we highly recommend this property and the owner who is very pleasant and would have been pleased to assist if needed.

Marie-Annick and Christophe's house is smart and nicely decorated, while the location between the beach and town centre was brilliant for us. Upstairs, the house has three decent sized bedrooms and a smart bathroom with a shower. Downstairs, there is a large open kitchen through to the dining room and lounge. There's everything we needed in the well appointed kitchen with all its modern conveniences. We were particularly impressed by the Bosch electric induction hob for saucepans (faster at heating up, than our gas hob at home). The lounge has a decent sized TV, DVD player, TV channel box and wifi unit. The house also has an entrance hall and downstairs toilet. The garden is fenced (helpful to keep little children safe) and patio with a table, chairs and sun umbrella. There was a driveway to park our car and a garage to store our car roofbox and other items. Then onto the location, the beach is around 800 metres away and obviously easy to walk to. While in the other direction, the town centre is around 500 metres walk away. There is also a medium-sized Casino supermarket around 300 metres north of the house. It's hard to fault such a location in Carnac! All in all, we loved staying here for two weeks. Maria-Annick and Christophe, merci beaucoup!
