This house is perfect for an awesome beach vacation! The house includes jacuzzi, outdoor shower, foosball table, ping pong table, outdoor BBQ, outdoor bar connected to kitchen, ocean view fire pit and grass area to play, 2 washer/dryers, beach chairs, beach wagon, beach towels, and boogie boards. The main house has 3 bedroom and 2 1/2 bath with a separate fully equipped studio with another full bedroom and bathroom, including kitchen, and washer/dryer. There is heating and a/c in the studio but only heat and bedroom ceiling fans in the main house. Totaling 4 bedroom and 3 1/2 bath. The Second bedroom has a twin bed that a blow up bed can easily be added to (included). There is a no party/large gathering policy, emphasizing no more than 8 people in the house during your stay.

This house is a 5-10 minute walk to the beach, rail trail, downtown Encinitas and 1 mile to famous shopping and restaurants in Cardiff.
