***Captivating Twin Home on quiet street close to lots of attractions***

Everything was clean, comfortable and homey. The only thing I might suggest is label cupboards where things are. Only a suggestion. But, there was nothing I needed.

Excellent stay. Comfortable beds, fully stocked bathrooms and a loaded kitchen. Location is very close to everything in Sioux Falls. Easy check in and check out. Garage was a plus with a blizzard during our stay!

Loved this home. From the minute we walked in the door, we felt welcomed. Music playing on the tv & the adorable Christmas tree lights. So clean & cozy. We had everything we needed. Loved the 2 large living areas with the 2 fireplaces, comfortable beds, 3 bathrooms, a garage & a nice, quiet neighborhood. Galen was an amazing host, very responsive & friendly. Highly recommend this home. We will be back!!

We were in Sioux Falls for a holiday concert and this house was perfect for our stay! It is a beautiful home, exactly as stated in the listing, and had plenty of room for our party of 6. Galen was great to work with and even kept us updated on the weather ... it snowed quite a bit the day we were there. The home is very spacious and comfy / homey. We will definitely stay again when in the area!

The host was amazing and responsive, even ensuring we had a crockpot so we could manage meals more easily. The space was perfect for our 3-generation family gathering - spacious, clean, and comfortable. Definitely recommend and will try to stay there again when in town!

The house was very nice and lots of room and privacy. It was clean and comfortable. The kitchen could use a few more cooking pans. The stairs to the front door were in need of repair. And the kitchen sink is quite old. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and I would rent it again.

Good location..very clean and plenty of space

We found this location ideal for our short visit to Sioux Falls. The setup was nice to have 2 beds and bathrooms upstairs. Another bedroom and bath downstairs

Galen is a wonderful host who responded immediately to any questions. We especially enjoyed three excellent beds in bedrooms with their own baths, a fully stocked kitchen, two very comfortable living areas, a nice deck with table and chairs, and the use of the garage. This home is in an excellent location, close to downtown and The Falls. We were not disappointed and you won't be either.

The house was exactly as described on the site. It was exactly what we hoped it would be. Very spacious, clean, and relaxing in every room and area of the property.Galen was fantastic at keeping us informed as well. Our only regret is we couldn’t stay longer. Excellent location and the size of the house was extremely roomy & comfortable. Plenty of room for the family to spread out a little at day's end, but also large family spaces to enjoy a meal or watch a movie. The host was exceptional, quickly responding to any questions and ensuring we always had everything we needed. We'll definitely consider this host and location again for future visits!

House was clean and is located in a very convenient spot!

We were in town for a wedding and it was also our first time visiting Sioux Falls. This home was perfect for us; it was clean and everything was in good working condition. The property owner was in touch to make sure we had what we needed. We ate out at Monks, Josiah’s, and Minerva and we were not disappointed! Oh and we swung through Bagel Boys on the way outta town. Shopping at Scheel’s was a success! Overall a great getaway!

This property is spacious and well kept. The mattresses are comfy. The towels are thick and thirsty. The appliances are all good. The kitchen is adequately stocked. We appreciated the use of the garage.

Our family was able to spread out in this spacious twin home. We made good use of the four beds, three bathrooms, and kitchen space. It's nice to have a kitchen when traveling; we gave the oven and Keurig coffee maker a little exercise. It's not bad to get around just about anywhere in Sioux Falls, but the property was conveniently just a hop and a skip from the commercial area around 41st Street and Louise Ave. We enjoyed our stay.

It was great!!

There were 6 of us staying here (2 couples and 2 singles) and there was plenty of room! Also, one of the couples ended up in town earlier than planned and had reached out to Galen about checking in early as they had just landed from a flight and had all of their bags. Galen was so accommodating and they were able to get in early. Place was very clean and had plenty of beds and towels!

Very nice house but the neighborhood was only ok. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. The layout is great for families, room for everyone.
