Captains Quarters~Oceanfront, Gameroom, EV Charger

We had 10 people and this is an ideal house. It was spotless and in great shape. If you have a large group this place is great! The host is very responsive as well. 10/10

Great location - nice, quiet beach and a very short walk to the water! Good communication with host. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. We enjoyed the time with family!

We had an amazing stay here for two weeks. Everything was exactly as described. The house was beautifully decorated and well cleaned upon arrival. The host was easy to contact and checked in to make sure our stay was going well and if we needed anything. We look forward to renting again next year!

Great place for our 50th wedding anniversary celebration. Needs more lids for the cooking pots is only thing we would suggest.

Enjoyed sitting on the deck overlooking the ocean drinking coffee and just relaxing.

All seven members of our family agreed that this is our favorite Brunswick area beach house of all time! We’ve been renting at least twice a year for 15 years, so it’s a high bar. The beautiful pictures don’t do the house justice. The finishes are high end, and beautifully maintained. Furniture and beds are very comfortable, and the whole home is so nicely equipped. The game room was a kid favorite, and the beautiful view and short walk to the ocean was the adult favorite! We loved that it was on a quiet end of the island, but still easily accessible by car to shops and restaurants.Communication from the host was top-notch, and checkout was incredibly easy without a long list of tasks to complete.We all can’t wait to stay here again.

This property was everything that was advertised. If you have a big group then this is your house. Will hopefully get to stay again.

We loved the house and just steps to the beach! Clean, well equipped, great beds, wonderful air conditioning, two full size refrigerators, washer/dryer. Every amenity you could ask for! Outside of some bad weather our stay was wonderful! The only thing we were bummed about is we could not get the arcade games to work even after following the instructions. Teens, adults, multiple people spent a fair amount of time trying since we were stuck inside for a couple of days. We reached out to the management company but with the tropical storm we figured they had much larger issues to contend with. Overall excellent property! Highly recommend!

The property was fantastic - great location on the island - oceanfront, a little farther down the island where the beach doesn’t get crowded, comfortable for our group of 5 adults and 4 children. The house was ideal for families with young children, including a gait at the top of the stairs both inside and outside and toys for the beach. There were two issues with our stay that I would mention: First, shortly after we arrived an exterminator came to spray the inside of the house. We had 4 children under 4 in our group and I would never have chosen to stay in a place that had just been sprayed had I known. Second, the listing said EV charging was available and I called to confirm this ahead of time, but there was no charging cord (just an outlet). This was a considerable inconvenience because the nearest supercharger was about 40 miles away. Despite these issues, we had a terrific vacation!
