The house is in a great location and was really clean. It had everything we needed for a wonderful stay.

Perfect location and the floorplan was perfect for all of us. Beach house was very clean and well appointed. Large TV's in every room and easy to use. All communication with owner was promptly responded to and he provided helpful suggestions. We have been coming to Topsul since 1998 and this was absolutely one of our best visits and beach houses. Looking forward to returning

Excellent in every way! Excellent view, location, cleanliness and amenities. We all had a relaxing, comfortable stay. The whole family loved it! We've stayed at several houses in Topsail Beach over the years, but this house was the absolute standout! We're hoping to be back again soon!

Our family trip to Topsail Beach was amazing (at Captain Andy's Too). This is our favorite beach. Andy was very informative. There were no surprises. The home was in great condition with the perfect layout for my family, and the location was just what we were looking for. We will definitely be returning!

We had the most marvelous week at Cap Andy’s Too! We could not have asked for a better location, or a more comfortable and inviting temporary home. I hope we will be returning very soon- will also want to try the original Capt Andy’s also. Missing that gorgeous beach!

The house was immaculate upon arrival. Key code entry made it easy to check in. There isn’t a downfall to any of the bedrooms!! ALL bedrooms have full ocean front views!! The kitchen was fully loaded with dishes, coffee maker, toaster oven and all the goodies!! Both couches were comfortable for night time relaxing with large TV’s in all bedrooms and living room. This Top Sail home is my favorite so far!!

Home was perfect inside and out. The owner was super friendly. The beach access and location were superb. Perfect getaway for my family. We look forward to going back one day.

Loved every minute of our Spring break, here! Weather was cool and windy, but the house was perfect. Comfortable, clean and well equipped with everything we needed, and more. A few highlights: the view from the main living and dining area (and ALL the bedrooms), the deck with cushioned lounge chairs and gates at every entrance, easy walk from house to beach, and a pleasant walk to the sound side, too. Just a few blocks to a fresh fish market! We loved the less commercialized location. If your family needs a lot of shopping and entertainment, maybe choose a place closer to Surf City, and leave this place to us!! Thanks, Captain Andy! We will definitely be back.

Captain Andy’s Too was exactly what I was looking for. The Oceanside deck is wonderful… It is high up, great view of the ocean, and has perfect furniture. They are for tall chairs with a tall table and two loungers. I spent a lot of time reading on the back deck.The house itself is super cozy and is exactly like the pictures. The TVs were easy to work and log into and there are TVs in every room.Andy was super accessible and I would definitely stay here again. One thing to note is that you do need to rent linens or bring your own.

Captain Andy's Too is the nicest house we've rented in our 22 years coming to Topsail Island! The house is laid out nicely with comfortable furniture, an airy beachy interior, great decks with gates that latch easily and a wide, flat and clean beach!

We love Topsail Island and have rented quite a few pet friendly homes. This was the nicest of all; clean and homey. The best part was the deck for our dog and the fantastic shower. The host, Andy was excellent as well. We would definitely rent again.

A wonderful stay at Captain Andy’s Too. Just like other reviews stated, the house had all that a family would need; well stocked kitchen for cooking, beach gear, even board games (we brought some too). Comfortable, clean & relaxing living spaces. The views from every room of the house are perfect! We loved sitting out on the spacious decks; morning, noon, and night. Of course we loved being on the beach and hearing the ocean 24/7, so calming. This area was not overcrowded which is what we wanted. Area restaurants were all great, all provided takeout option. Perfect if you have a dog with you and dont want to leave them alone. Andy, the host, was great with communications and offering tips. Our young adult children found places to go in the evenings to get out for a little bit (golf, ice cream, etc) A wonderful spot to vaca at. Wish we didn’t have to leave. We will rent this home again.

Andy made everything about renting and staying at Captain Andy’s Too an absolute delight! My family and I have been renting NC beach houses for over 35 years. This is by far the best! Layout, cleanliness and upkeep were stellar. Every aspect of the house was well stocked! The kitchen kept several cooks happy and successful.

The house is very pretty, clean and everything worked perfectly. We loved the walk in showers and the deck shower as well as the kitchen. South Topsail Beach is not very crowded and has nice shops.
