Capri Charm Remodeled Oasis w/ Heated Pool-Kayaks

Few things need to be fix in the property but beside that everything was fine

We had a problem with our reservation and Jon found us this fantastic place to stay. He made sure that everything was taken care of immediately. Also, he's incredibly responsive to any questions. Enjoyed the games room, kayaking, walking to nearby restaurants and the close proximity to Marco Island. We would definitely choose this location and Beach Magic Stays again!

Host was easy to reach and communicated fast every time we reached out. The house had the perfect space and was in the perfect location. Pool was a must and we enjoyed it after hot days in town. Definitely would book this house if we return to collier county again.

Had an amazing time at our rental home this year. The house is very charming and has everything you need, we all loved it. From the outdoor spaces to the interior and it’s decor. Location was great as well as the Restuarants near by, all the food was excellent. Also the close proximity to stores was great. We had an excellent experience at this property! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was very responsive and helpful throughout. The location was perfect—close to restaurants, the beach, etc. but still peaceful and quiet. We especially enjoyed the pool and the coziness of the home. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the area!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this vacation home with my family, and I can honestly say that I enjoyed every single aspect of our visit. The house was incredibly comfortable, providing a perfect time after our daily adventures. The pool was a fantastic, offering a great way to relax and have fun together.One of the highlights was the location; there are several amazing restaurants just 5 minutes away, making family nights out a breeze. Plus, the beach is only 15 minutes away, which was perfect for us!Our host was simply wonderful kind, accommodating, and genuinely lovely, which made our experience even more enjoyable. I can't recommend this place enough! I loved every moment of my stay and truly hope to return very soon.

Cool house in a very nice quiet neighborhood!Surrounded by water and nature!

Property was noce and clean. We could not use the 4th bedroom because it was detached from the rest of the rooms and living room. Overall a beautiful home.

The house is beautifully decorated and spacious. Furnishings and appliances seem to be fairly new. The pictures do not do it justice. It was more than ample for our family of four. It could have easily accommodated more. It’s a split-level plan so we were able to spend time together yet enjoy our privacy. We enjoyed the pool and game room. It was just a 10-minute drive to Publix/Winn-Dixie in Marco Island and within walking distance to restaurants and bars. Plenty of space to park your cars in the driveways or garage. The host was friendly and quick to respond to any inquiries we had. We look forward to staying there again in the future.

Stayed here during our annual fishing trip and this house perfectly met our needs. The house has all of the needed amenities and is within walking distance of bars and restaurant.
