Stayed Jun 28, 2025We had a great stay! The location of the home is in a great spot, within a couple minute walk to the entrance of the beach. The home was extremely clean. The communication with the property managers was always quick and professional. I would keep in mind these things when booking here just so you are prepared - these aren’t dealbreakers by any means: there is no dishwasher, the two spare bedrooms do not have TVs in them, if you plan on staying for several days I would highly recommend bringing your own beach stuff and extra toiletries (toilet paper, paper towels).Overall, would highly recommend this spot!

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved Cape San Blas. Our first time there, most days the water was clear and calm. This vacation home was perfect for our group of 5. Very clean, beds comfortable. Lacking a bit on kitchen cookware & appliances. No dishwasher. There are not a lot of restaurants in this area so you do cook a lot. Porch was nice, peek a boo view of water. Nice fire pit in yard. Nice space under house to hang out.

Stayed Mar 24, 2025Vacation went off without a hitch for a change! Checkin was a breeze and I had continuous communication with the rental company. The house has covered parking and tons of dry storage underneath so I was able to keep everything secured and was able to unpack the car in the rain without getting wet. Location was perfect, easy stroll to the beach, and everything in the house was as advertised. Perfect house on the Cape!
