Cape San Blas Private beach access with water views.

Peaceful, house is well set up, greatness of space. Dining area a bit small, but we had a great time

Great house with easy boardwalk access to the beach. The house was clean, beautiful, and had everything we needed: plenty of towels, a stocked kitchen, and comfy beds. There was even a wagon for the provided beach chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler on wheels. The hosts were awesome with communication and gave great recommendations for places to eat and things to do!

This place is beautiful! It’s a short walk to the beach. It was absolutely a perfect home for my sons and their spouses and my 1.5 year old granddaughter. Everything you needed was already there. I would definitely rent it again! Thanks Andy!

House was clean and spacious. Short walk to the beach. Beach wasn’t crowded. Owner was easy to communicate with and very nice!

Our stay here was amazing. I have four older kids/young adults and we were very pleased with our stay. The house is amazing with plenty of sleeping room and all the necessities we needed to cook while there. The short walk to the beach was easy and the actual beach was beautiful. The property managers were wonderful and attentive to us. We will definitely return to this wonderful home.

We stayed here recently with my sisters family, my family and my mom. The kids loved sharing the bunk room and upstairs tv room- nana loved having a room to herself- my sister and I were happy that there were 2 king rooms and that neither of us felt shafted by bed size. The proximity to the beach was so convenient and we loved how easy it was to walk to the bay side as well for drinks/food. There’s a great place to paddle board leas than a mile away. I would definitely recommend this property to friends.

Very nice place, modern with all of the amenities, plenty of space for a lot of people, short walk (less than 5 minutes) to the beach.

The house was great! All of the amenities were very nice and the property was very well maintained. The rooms were spacious and there was plenty of room to socialize. The owners did a great job of thinking ahead and supplying a lot of beach supplies, such as chairs, an umbrella and beach towels. The beach access was just a short walk. The beach itself was very nice with great sand. The owners were very pleasant to deal with and very responsive. Our entire group was very impressed with the whole experience and agreed that we would definitely want to come back. Thanks for a great stay!

Check in was easy. Rooms are spacious and clean. Bathrooms were clean and stocked. Laundry access was very nice. Nice size kitchen and fully stocked. We enjoyed several meals there. Very convenient to the beach. We enjoyed using all of the beach accessories they have like chairs, towels and wagon. Thanks for a great overall stay we enjoyed ourselves.
