Cape Oasis Health Resort is a Hyperbaric Medicine destination nestled in the beauty and serenity of St Joe Bay with the beach a stone's throw away. If you are unfamiliar with Hyperbaric Medicine's Health Benefits please visit my website containing all of the research backed health results possible from Hyperbaric Therapy. Visit reverse-aging.info. If it is the first time visiting the website be sure and use the www. before the site name.

For those wishing to travel to Cape San Blasand experience the benefits of Hyperbaric Medicine accommodations are complimentary when you prepay for time in the Hyperbaric Chamber. Unsure if Hyperbaric Medicine is right for you then the best option is a two night stay spending a total of 4 hours in the Chamber. Most folks are good starting with 2 hour sessions per day. After two weeks this can be expanded depending on individual tolerance. You can choose how many hours in the Chamber you would like to try. Costs per 2 hour sessions range from $300 to $400 per person. For example a group of 4 adults wishing to do 2 hours sessions daily for a week the cost for 7 days would be $8400 plus a complimentary stay. After the treatment session you are free to visit the Cape Beaches, sit out on the 500 ft dock, soak in the Michael Phelps hot spa overlooking St Joe Bay, visit Rish Beach Park and go for a swim in the beautiful Olympic pool or just relax and enjoy the serenity of Cape Oasis Health Resort. The resort caters to adults only who want to relax in the laid back Cape environment and take advantage of the health benefits of Hyperbaric Medicine

Cape Oasis Health Resort and the surrounding beachscape is the perfect destination for those who appreciate the natural beauty of the bay, thrive on tranquility and walking on the beach. Manatees, starfish, seahorses, dolphins, bobcats, otters, ducks, eagles, ospreys, and deer have been viewed on property or from the dock. Pickleball courts and paved bike path are located next to Cape San Blas Rd. A public accessible golf course is a 15 drive from the resort.

This place was straight out of the 80’s! One of the most unique houses we’ve ever stayed in. Crazy cool layout with plenty of space. It’s not your average beach house by any stretch, but it’s a good fit for people who aren’t into the basic standard beach house vibe. The kids loved the fun accommodations and we all loved the view! Could use a few updates but would definitely stay again.

I went to Bayrock 1 with my elderly father, adult brother, his girlfriend, my husband and four children (ages 19, 16, 9, and 9). The children all thought there should have been more information on the wildlife as a selling point. They caught and released frogs and lizards daily, actually multiple times a day. We saw during our stay multiple sting rays, a couple of horse shoe crabs, a large spider crab and multiple snails and hermit crabs but the highlight of our trip was seeing an ovation otter frolicking in our driveway. We thought the house was great for our family but we are a critter loving set. If you aren't coming to the area to see wildlife, this might not be the house for you because the natural setting is definitely the highlight.

Overall we had a wonderful experience exploring the beaches and bay with our families. This property is conveniently located with lots of potential and the owner is very responsive. While the outdoor adventures abound making this an amazing vacation destination, the home itself was uncared for and quite outdated (dark, dusty, lights out, fans not working, no air conditioning downstairs, overgrown, etc.). It is too bad as this is a quirky, fun place just needs a good bit of TLC. We will be back to Cape San Blas!!!

We had a great time. Our host accommodated our two cars and a small boat. The public beach access is virtually across the street. Easy walk. The house is a very unique dome type architecture. The inside is very spacious. Bedrooms are very nice and big. Beds are very comfortable. the common areas upstairs and downstairs are big. Tv's everywhere. We enjoyed multiple games of pool. Kitchen is great. The outside is showing some aging. The upstairs deck/patio is great with a great view. The decking needs some new paint. The back screen door from the patio to the walkway needs to be replaced. It doesn't really close well so critters can sneak in. The patio ping pong table is a plywood sheet which is ok but the paddles were in bad shape so bring some paddles. The pier is super long (500') which you need if you are going to tie up a boat. We had a great time fishing off the pier! Overall excellent experience! Our host responded quickly to anything we needed. We'll definitely visit again!

This was our first vacation since forever. It was a hidden gem. We felt like we were in our own little get away. Check in and out was easy. We enjoyed having our privacy. Great space to be together and still spread out the group.

Property interior was clean and spacious. Exterior grounds need a little tlc, but nothing a weedeater and mulch could'nt fix. Has lots of screened in porch space too. House was very comfortable, lots of natural lighting.. All appliances were in good working order. We did have the misfortune of having to shelter in place during a hurricane, This house is tough! She stood the storm. She had a few leaks from the driving wind/rain but I am sure she will be a great place to stay after repairs. The house is tucked away on the bay with great views and about 2.5-3 blocks to the beach. There is a little public beach access with bathrooms and covered areas across the street. Even with the storm we had a good time and felt safe in the house. The owner was on site and very courteous.

Not only is the whole Cape area gorgeous, but it's also not crowded. The house is spacious and solid. Kitchen was well stocked with pans and ample storage. Rooms are enormous, with plenty of accessibility.
