We've been staying in TownBank for several years now- this was one of our definite favorites!!! Exceptionally clean and cozy. It was a nice way to spend our Thanksgiving in Cape May! Thank you for the hospitality!

Great location and wonderful responsive host. Excellent amenities and perfect for families with kids and dogs. Very clean and safe neighborhood. You don’t need to pack much the Host provided a lot!

I rated the home as good since it was clean and good amenities provided. We were extremely disappointed with the swim spa. Being unfamiliar with a swim spa and being seniors we chose not to utilize with what was entailed to uncover and cover. Our feeling was that upon arrival it would have been helpful if someone was onsite to explain the usage of the swim spa. However our stay for the first week of August was enjoyable.

Perfect for our family relax-cation! Extremely clean and very nice and accommodating Host!! Quiet neighborhood with everything you need nearby! All of our needs were met and property is exactly as described. Definitely will consider another visit!!!

Very nice, felt very comfortable

Stayed at Tricia’s property after my daughter’s dinner dance for the weekend. The house was very clean and comfy. Communication was great, Tricia was very responsive. The hot tub and pool were AMAZING! The location was great, 10 minutes either way and you were at the water. Definitely would come back!

I can’t say enough about this property and owner. She literally had EVERYTHING you could possibly need and extras for anything you might have forgotten. If you are flying in, and not staying in one of Tricia’s homes you are overpacking, overspending and missing out on a great rental experience!

My daughter and her family from Ohio joined my husband and I to visit this North Cape May location. The house is exactly as described. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable, and is located on the main floor with a large en suite bath. The open concept main living space was perfect for our group of 7 people. The other 2 bedrooms are on the 2nd floor, which was perfect for my daughter and son-in-law. They had their own room that they shared with their infant and a 2nd down the hall for their 2 pre-school aged kids. We were within 20 minutes to the beaches, which was very handy, and the swim spa was a hit! The house was well appointed and the owner very responsive. I highly recommend this property.

Great location! Quick drive to Cape May beaches and Wildwood.
