It is easy to visit everywhere from the location, the hone is beautiful, comfortable, and has everything you could possibly need. The swim spa is extremely clean and easy to use. Everything about this home is a delight!

Stayed Apr 6, 2026Tricia’s home is everything and more advertised. We found it to be impeccable and Tricia remarkably communicative. Hot tub was perfect and always at a perfect temperature. Our fur baby enjoyed the fenced in yard to play off leash. Close to all of the amenities Cape May has to offer. We would love to come back. Thank you

Stayed Aug 3, 2025I rated the home as good since it was clean and good amenities provided. We were extremely disappointed with the swim spa. Being unfamiliar with a swim spa and being seniors we chose not to utilize with what was entailed to uncover and cover. Our feeling was that upon arrival it would have been helpful if someone was onsite to explain the usage of the swim spa. However our stay for the first week of August was enjoyable.

Stayed Mar 28, 2025Stayed at Tricia’s property after my daughter’s dinner dance for the weekend. The house was very clean and comfy. Communication was great, Tricia was very responsive. The hot tub and pool were AMAZING! The location was great, 10 minutes either way and you were at the water. Definitely would come back!

Stayed Nov 19, 2024I can’t say enough about this property and owner. She literally had EVERYTHING you could possibly need and extras for anything you might have forgotten. If you are flying in, and not staying in one of Tricia’s homes you are overpacking, overspending and missing out on a great rental experience!
