We had such a great time! The property is so beautiful, our dogs enjoyed having such a large fenced area to run around in! We absolutely fell in love with Carolina Beach and can’t wait to come back!

Older house, but it was very clean. Location was perfect for travel to UNC Wilmington which was where our activities were.

Some family and friends of mine decided to visit Carolina Beach for our vacation. Choosing this cottage was the right decision for a place to stay for the week, the hosts are lovely people and provided us with so much! Thank you!

I came to visit NC for my father’s 90th birthday and this was a perfect location. The house was cozy, beds were comfy and kitchen had what I needed to make a great birthday dinner. Jeff is super helpful and responsive. Would definitely return.

Even though the weather was not what we had hoped, the rental was fantastic. As a seasoned Vrbo renter, it is without a doubt the best supplied house we have stayed at. The beds & linens are top notch. The yard is large & flat. Perfect for outdoor games & play (when there are not 10 inches of rain ?) It is also situated perfectly about halfway between Wilmington & Carolina Beach. And if you want some great local seafood, go to Fish Bites. It was delicious!

We came to visit and exolore wilmington. This house is located very close to everything. Beaches are super close. Its an Awesome location. Very spacious. The outside area is nice. Front and back. Even though there are neighbors. You still feel secluded. We enjoyed our stay.

My wife and I came to Wilmington for a week because we are thinking of moving there. We wanted to find a place to stay that wasn't necessarily on the beach, but close enough that we could get a feel for the surrounding area and enjoy the beach when we wanted to. This beach bungalow is in the perfect location. A stone's throw to the ICW and very nice community with lots of large trees that provide nice shade. We could feel the ocean breeze each day that would help cool things off a bit so we enjoyed sitting outside on both porches. We brought our dog who loved the back yard. The house was extremely clean, nicely decorated, and we will definitely be back. Jeff and April were very quick to respond to questions and very welcoming. Overall, an excellent experience and a great place to stay!

We took a quick trip to Wilmington to check on our new build. If you’re considering a hotel for a short stay, check out this well appointed cottage instead. It suited all of our needs and was perfect for our little dog with the fenced rear yard. Very peaceful surroundings. The beds were amazingly comfortable. Highly recommend!
