Stayed Apr 9, 2026Our family had such a wonderful time at this property. There is a nice, big back yard that my dog enjoyed running around in. There was nothing that needed to be done. I would highly recommend this awesome property. I was able to meet the owner, who was a great to talk to about local things to do.

Stayed Aug 23, 2024I came to visit NC for my father’s 90th birthday and this was a perfect location. The house was cozy, beds were comfy and kitchen had what I needed to make a great birthday dinner. Jeff is super helpful and responsive. Would definitely return.

We would most definitely stay here again. We were able to enjoy both Wilmington and Carolina Beach without needing to drive far, as the location is central to both:

Stayed Aug 5, 2024Even though the weather was not what we had hoped, the rental was fantastic. As a seasoned Vrbo renter, it is without a doubt the best supplied house we have stayed at. The beds & linens are top notch. The yard is large & flat. Perfect for outdoor games & play (when there are not 10 inches of rain 😂) It is also situated perfectly about halfway between Wilmington & Carolina Beach. And if you want some great local seafood, go to Fish Bites. It was delicious!
