We affectionately call this house 'The Falmouth Local,' as it sits in the heart of beautiful Falmouth, within short walking distance to the quaint Main Street shops, delectable restaurants, fish markets, entertainment like bowling and axe-throwing (!), and is a short drive to Woods Hole and many of the Cape's most breathtaking beaches along the coast. Views of Martha's Vineyard on a clear day abound, and if you're into island hopping, the ferry is only a stone's throw!

Stayed Oct 16, 2025Lovely property with ample.space for groups to hang out around the kitchen table, in the living room, or outside. Comfortable bedrooms, including spaces for kids. We appreciated how close we were to some good restaurants, downtown shopping, and the ferry to Martha's Vi.

Stayed Sep 18, 2025Annual girls trip and this property was perfect. The yard is lovely, we enjoyed the fire pit in the evenings, loved being able to walk downtown and were all very comfortable. Host is super responsive to any issues, thank you!

Stayed Sep 19, 2024Multi-Gen family get together. Daughter/SIL and toddler came from Boston and we traveled from Long Island NY. Very modern and well appointed home for all. We even had one very well mannered dog! The house is very conveniently located to Main Street Falmouth, Woods Hole. Had the weather cooperated we would have taken full advantage of the fire pit, grill and outdoor shower!!! Loved Cape Cod Bagels right around the corner!!! We will be back!!!

Stayed Aug 18, 2024We had a wonderful week here with our 3 year old, 1 year old, and dog. The house is exactly as pictured, so clean and well decorated, really comfortable beds and the kitchen had everything we needed and more. For parents - there was a pack and play, kids utensils/dishware, and toys in the shed that my children enjoyed playing with; their favorite part was the Nugget pillows in their bedroom! The location was wonderful, very easy to drive to Main Street, beaches (we went to Old Silver Beach the most) and nearby stores. The house is very close to a busy street; while the noise didn't bother us, it was a little uncomfortable to walk on the sidewalks there with our dog. Anika, the owner, was very responsive to questions before our trip, and the check-in process was super easy. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend!
