Cape Cod Cottage Retreat

Beautiful house in a great location. Kitchen and bathroom were well stocked and had everything we needed. Very comfortable beds. Loved the patio and outdoor shower!

Immaculate, comfy cottage suitable for 4 in quiet location convenient to local beaches and restaurants and stores. We loved it.

Dan's place was perfect for our family of 4. It was cozy, clean, and comfortable while being perfectly located to see many different parts of the Cape. Check in/out was a breeze, and everything we used function led properly.We'd definitely stay here again!

Perfect location for access to the Cape Cod Rail trail for biking! Great location to many National Seashore beaches!Check-in was easy and the cottage is super clean!The one downside for us was that the queen size bed mattress is very, very hard. Will be perfect for those who like a super firm bed.

I loved my stay at the Cape Cod Cottage Retreat. It was really a retreat. The house is located on a very quiet road. I didn’t even hear the traffic from route 6 which is right around the corner. The inside was clean and provided everything to keep it that way. The kitchen was a nice size, and had all the things you would need to make a lovely meal. They supplied, the first mornings. Cute table to eat at, comfy couch and chairs in the living room. Bedrooms were nice size with ample storage and hangers. Very firm beds. Bathroom was clean and good size, they provided shampoo/conditioner/bodywash, towels, hand towel and washcloth.All town beaches were within a mile or two. Ocean beaches within ten minutes or less. Bike trail is right there. Stop and Shop less than ten minutes. You can order online and pickup. I wish I didn’t have to leave.

This is lovely property in Eastham and we had a very pleasant first stay at CC. It was close to several beaches and dining, was off the main road and so was safe for the kids to play outside. The cottage was very clean and furnished nicely with a lot of kitchen essentials, extra sheets and other home supplies. The place is a short walk on a gravel road to the CC rail trail, which is a huge plus! The book collection was a nice surprise and we were impressed with the titles from classics to more recent ones. Overall, we had a great stay and will stay again!

As advertised, and also very clean and well equipped with everything working well. This adds up to a very nice rental.

The cottage is updated, very clean and comfortable, and pretty ! The beds were made with nice linens and bath towels were supplied :-) It’s in a quiet setting despite being near to Route 6.

The house was clean and sleeps up to 4 people very comfortably. The cottage is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood very close to the CCR bike trail. The check-in procedure was easy and straightforward. The owner is very responsive with any questions. The house has been recently renovated and has central AC which was fantastic with the warm weather we had. Absolutely recommend this place.

The place is perfectly located, comfortably furnished, and has a sweet outdoor shower. What’s not to love?
