Came back for a second stay to visit family. Very nice place.

Short weekend stay with girlfriends for Wimberley Trade Days. Nice home near the lake and away from the hubbub of downtown Wimberley. The deck and views of the sunset were awesome! The home was nicely decorated and beds were comfortable. The baseboards could use a good cleaning and also the tub in the smaller bathroom. The kitchen only had one dish towel to dry with and no dish rags. If you’re eating out for all your meals, that would be no problem; but if you’re going to actually use the kitchen, rags and towels would be helpful. Nice place overall but needs more attention to detail.

Expectation were clearly stated and had no issues with the location. It was a nice experience.

Host for Hill Country Premier would not allow a late checkout knowing weather conditions were not ideal/safe to be driving in. Their response was because they may have another booking to get the house ready for. As the property manager they know whether or not they have someone else booked. For that reason we made the decision to leave after one night so we wouldn’t get stuck on the icy roads or on the property as there was an inclined driveway to get out. I would really appreciate some kind of credit to use towards another booking through Vrbo in the near future. I really feel this would have been a better review if the circumstances were different and the host was a little more accommodating to the safety of their guests.

Eveything was as described, beautiful views in a quiet neighborhood. We didnt get to spend a lot of time in the home as we were there for a wedding. But the house suited my family and I very well

It was an ideal location. Quiet and private. We had a fox visit both days of our stay. We would highly recommend this place. Comfortable beds and a well stocked kitchen. Close to many small Texas towns.

View! Everything was perfect! Totally loved the house! Few issues floors turn our feet black, toilet in the master was problem.carport light we could find it! Other then that I would totally rent this place again!’

The only suggestion is to replace the coffee pot, drips very slow.

The location is so private and the views are incredible. the home is perfectly equipped and clean. we really appreciate the rural space, it was fun to explore the property with our pups. it is not fenced in completely but enough space from any neighbors. Beautiful place !!!

Very good layout. Great for our group to have split BR and BA. Kitchen was adequately equipped. Disappointed in TV with no basic channels to watch football, network programs and news.

Really nice home. Very nicer laid out. View from covered deck was beautiful. Even though there are neighbors it felt secluded and private. The only downside was the call telling me I would be charged a late check out fee when we had vacated the premisis by 9:30 if not sooner. We all traveled in one vehicle so I know we were all gone. Otherwise I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Canyon Breeze so much, we added on an extra day because none of us were ready to leave. The pictures of the house do not do it justice. The house made us feel at home, and that’s saying a lot. We will definitely be renting this home again.

Great clean property with all the amenities - they even had a charging station which was very handy!Our young family enjoyed the stay and my 6yr old daughter already wants to go back to ‘our’ house.The porch is very pleasant with plenty of outdoor furniture. The house is nestled in a neighbourhood tucked in from the main road. All nearby towns of Wimberley, Blanco, Fredericksburg are easily reachable. Highly recommend the property!

This place was phenomenal and was great for our getaway with our furry friends. The only complaints is the coffee maker definitely needs to be upgraded or replaced and the bedroom on the right needs more air circulation it was very warm at night. Would definitely book again when in the area.

Short stay for family of 4 while visiting the area. Property was well equipped and private

We had a wonderful stay! The yard was huge and our pups had a great time exploring the grounds. The porch is AMAZING and the kitchen was well-stocked. Our only minor issue was that the two smaller bedrooms were quite warm. There is a mini-split in the master so it stayed plenty cool but the other guests were hot at night. That is honestly the only thing I would change. Overall, an excellent trip and beautiful accommodations!!

The patio and the view are amazing! We spent a lot of our time enjoying the mild (for July in Texas) weather on the patio. The home was exactly as described and had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Great relaxing location.

We had a number of activities planned throughout the hill country and used this house as a central location. It was great arriving to a peaceful home after a long day. We saw deer and fox roaming the back yard as a bonus!

Had a great stay. The property feels hidden but safely in a neighborhood. We saw lots of dear visit each morning and evening. Will definitely come back.

We came to Canyon Lake for a Great Springs Trail race at Canyon Park. The house was very close to Canyon Park. The outdoor patio has a stunning view of the trees and canyon. It was peaceful, quiet and refreshing. The house is lovely and has all amenities needed. A total must stay!

Loved the space and the views. Perfect location for family time, relaxation, and proximity to Texas State for a graduation weekend.

This was our first trip to the area and we were very pleased. We had a great visit with family in the area and the scenery was beautiful. House was just like the pictures except pictures did not do the view justice.

The property was clean and well maintained. The deck has a really nice view, tailored for relaxation. The location is ideal for enjoying many of the small towns nearby. The kitchen was stocked with basic cookware needs. There were only two of us, so dishes weren't an issue, but if you had the full amount of guests that the place holds, a couple more bowls would be handy. Took another reviewer's advice and enjoyed walking the neighborhood in the morning. Seems like a very comfortable and friendly place.

This house is clean and welcoming. The decor was nicely done. The grill is new and we enjoyed eating burgers out on the patio. We also played games on the patio and deer came to visit, which was exciting to see. We would love to stay here again.

This property was perfect for us! We wanted something with a view that didn’t feel like we were right next to others. It was a nice neighborhood and a beautiful property. Close to towns we wanted to visit!

Everything was just perfect!!! Clean rooms, nice and spacious and had all utensils for cooking. Wished it had cooking spray but a grocery store was just 5 mins down the street. The backyard view was spectacular, sunset was on point. The owners really love and value the property and you can feel the love and care coming through.Definitely will stay again.

We came to visit a nearby music venue and take in some of the history in the area. The house was nicely appointed, clean and had small touches that are nice for visitors. I always walk in the mornings, and it was part of a large, quiet neighborhood great for exercise. Was quiet and we had great views of the hill country!

Great view. Check in and check out times not the greatest. Hair in bedding not ideal. Will charge for more than one dog even when you input the number of dogs in vrbo app.

The house is very nice and the area is quiet. Beds were comfortable. Loved the fire place.

We had a really great time even with bad weather. The home is very well managed and clean which is always appreciated when you show up to the unknown.The deck offers amazing views of the area, and even on cloudy days we could see sunsets on the horizon. Our dog spent almost entire time on the deck you won't be disappointed either. Great place to escape we would happily stay again.

Awesome get away.from city lige but near enough to go into town and enjoy the necessitates of life.

Home was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay, it felt like you were in the hill country while being in a neighborhood. The home was easy to get to and not far from everything we wanted to do.

No complaints with the property or any of the check-in process. Place was clean. I’ll still give it five stars regardless, but the second room with the king is pretty uncomfortable, but there’s two additional rooms so everything worked out. Loved the grill in the back as well.

We stayed here for a family get together. The view was perfect, as were the accommodations. Split floor plan so the snorer could be at one end. Open floor plan was great for congregating in the dining room, living room and/or kitchen. Coffee and snacks upon arrival were appreciated. Cooking in the kitchen was nice. Salt and pepper available. Bring any other seasonings or condiments you want to use. Can’t say enough about the back patio. We loved it!!

We loved this comfortable home and it was in a great location. We were able to visit Gruene, Wimberly, and Driftwood. We had such a great stay.

The best place to get away private and the view off the back balcony is the best for sunset and just to relax with family & friends plenty big. We definitely book again.
