Stayed May 2, 2022Hello, The property was very clean, and the kitchen was well stocked. We did go to the expense of renting a golf cart and then found there was one in the garage. Not sure if that was intended for renter's use or not. The TV did not have access to local (regular)TV which was not expected. We missed the ability to watch national sporting events and evening news. We had a couple of issues. One with the AC and the other with the dishwasher. Both were addressed in a timely fashion. The location was great and we enjoyed the pool. The house over all was very comfortable. I would recommend this property.

Stayed Dec 1, 2021Home was stocked with sufficient towels and kitchen accessories for our visit. Lowered rating on accuracy of rental because I believe when I was looking at the property early on it showed rental with a golf cart. I realize there is a cart wavier that states cart is a convenience item and may break down and not be available. However, if I had known the golf cart was inoperable I could have rented one early on to have one available when I arrived...

Stayed Nov 1, 2021Nice house in a good location. Comfortable, clean and well appointed. Everything worked just fine. Internet a bit weak, TV buffering. Only issue was an advertised golf cart that was not in use, and carts are not available for rent right now. Owner did provide a discount for the cart problem. I would recommend this rental especially if the golf cart becomes available.
