Canal home-12 min walk to Sombrero Beach! Private Pool w/CHILLER-Outdoor Kitchen

House had one of the most well appointed kitchens I have stayed in. The space was great and we enjoyed relaxing in the pool. Communication from the host was fantastic.

House was very clean. Everything you could need was in the kitchen. Location was great, the pool was great to relax.

House has the beach and vacation vibe. Spacious, comfortable, the stocking of the kitchen gets a 10. Personal thing - master bed is very firm. Wife had no issue with it but for me...too hard. On-line pictures...a big reason I rented was the steps down to the canal. Great location and plan was to kayak to the beach. I didn't know about the tides, so the water was only up high enough a few hours a day. There is a ladder. Homes are now built across the canal so those morning sunrises and ocean view are not the same. The guest bedroom tub has lived a useful life. The rust around the drain and outside the tube along with a faucet that feels like it might break all lead to replacement. At night having a heated pool was a big plus and worth every penny of that 100 upcharge. Overall...I love visiting the Keys and Marathon is a great central location to get to different snorkeling/diving spots.

Beautiful home with a lovely backyard. Corrinne is very responsive and communicative. No issues at all with checking in and use of the home. Construction across the canal really was not bothersome, only one time a delivery of dirt was noisy for about one minute. The homes being built are nearly finished. Partial ocean view still! And the beach is a quick walk down the road. We walked to and from Sombrero beach many times. We loved our Marathon stay!

My family and I enjoyed our vacation. The house was fully equipped, clean and in a private quiet area. We had a minor issue during our stay. The management company and owner were quick to respond and address the issue immediately. The house and Marathon might be our new vacation spot.

This property was perfect! The private pool allowed us to have fun without others interrupting. Some noise from building across the canal, however did not ruin our trip and the owner let us know ahead of time. Great walking path which we utilized each day. Kayaked along the canal and out into the ocean. Great Vacation!

Great location, near Sombrero Beach. Easy access to Key West and other Keys. Loved the outdoor pool area for a very relaxing vacation.

The house was as seen in the pictures except for one thing.The ocean view was not there because they were building 2 new homes They started construction at 6 am hammering and loud noises for the entire week,including Thanksgiving Day! Had we previously known this, we would have chosen a different location,It was not relaxing at all and we were all very disappointed. The manager was very responsive when we had 2 small issues with the home. We had a beautiful week although I think they should of made us aware of not having an ocean view and all of the construction. When I rent a home in the Keys, I always rent ocean view, you pay a premium for this and I was not happy at all. We had a beautiful week weather wise, When I rent again next year I will be more vigilant to make sure we are getting the ocean view that we payed for

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. It was a beautiful place to stay. The pool was great. The house is close to everything. The beach was amazing. We would definitely recommend this place to stay. Thank you for a great vacation.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful location. The house and amenities were everything and more that were listed. The accessibility to the ocean and Sombero Beach were perfect. Hope to return in the future.

Wonderful home on last canal overlooking the ocean. Very comfortable, well appointed beds and kitchen. Great pool and outdoor grill area. Decorated just as you’d expect for a tropical getaway. Quiet area, loved riding the bikes to Sombrero Beach. Kayaks were great fun as well. Would definitely stay again. Thank you for the hospitality Corrine!

We had a blast staying at this house. It accommodated my family comfortably and the pool was perfect to relax in after a hot day out. We loved that it was walking distance to the beach. It was also close to shopping and great dining. We were able to explore so many cool places and didn’t have to spend the whole day in the car to get there. This house was definitely perfect for my family and we would recommend this house for any family looking to relax and explore.

We really enjoyed the property. It was well maintained, clean, and well stocked. We loved the pool and the easy boating access to the ocean.
