Canal Front, Private Dock, Steps to BEACH, Pool, Food! Resort Access included!

Lovely to stay at a home that matches the description on VRBO. Very laid back, on a canal, deer roaming daily. We did not need ammenity cards so exchanged for refund. Owner extremely easy to work with and very accommodating. Will definitely book again!!Thank you for helping make our long weekend extra special.

Location, locationThis house is in a beautiful and convenient location on the island. The beach is a block across the street and the canal access and views are wonderful. Even though it is an older house it was comfortable, has a well equipped kitchen and spacious. Marcie was easy to reach when we had questions.

Wonderful location walking distance to beach and pools. Upstairs comfortable with 2 BR’s and plenty of seating for group. Nice view of canal out back. Downstairs BR’s OK. A bit awkward how up and down only connect outside, but it was clear before booking. Couple of missing fixtures and burned out bulb and grill was too grungy to use. Hostess very kind and responsive to text.

Second time staying at this property and we loved it. Conveniently located across from beach access 16 and own private fishing dock. Property has plenty of toys and beach chairs. Kitchen was equipped with extra cooking items. Will definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time at this lovely beach house! The kitchen has everything you would need, the beds were very comfortable and you couldn't beat the location. We enjoyed sunset and sunrise on both porches and the sun room was just perfect for all afternoon nap in the A/C. 10/10!

House was super close to the beach and the dock was awesome! Owner was incredibly responsive and attentive! Fripp is an amazing vacation spot for family of all ages and we will be returning soon!

We adored this house! I was right next to the tennis villas and across from the beach club . But it was situated far back from the road, once you pulled up to the house you felt completely hidden. The crabbing dock was a wonderful bonus and even though we caught just one, it was wonderful to teach my kids one of my favorite pastimes. Marci was an excellent communicator and was so very helpful. We're already planning a return trip.

Location was great however I did not realize you have to go outside to go to downstairs bedrooms and the screen door was broken. Downstairs was dirty and needed cleaning especially chairs and floor. Also the info stated toiletries and one roll of paper towels were supposed to be provided but were not.

We have been coming to Fripp for nearly 40 years, and this was a great location for a reunion. The house is private despite being right next to the tennis club, and the beach is very close - excellent for small legs! The kitchen was well stocked with essentials, and our host was responsive and friendly. Thank you so much for a great holiday!

House was great for our family. Very close to the nearby resort facilities but felt private at the same time. Dock on canal and large backyard were great. House has a beachy / old-school vibe, but beds were super comfortable, house was clean and bug-free (not easy to achieve in this area). All appliances, etc worked great. Would definitely stay again!

Had a very nice weekend. Easy walk to the beach and the house had great amenities and plenty to do once we got back to the house.

Best trip to Fripp!!! This was first time for us staying canal side and we loved it. The kids enjoyed setting and checking the crab baskets and the adults loved to fish from dock.

We were well pleased with the property. The game room and dock were a plus, my grandsons loved them both. Home was clean. The owner was a pleasure to work with. We had to leave early due to tropical storm but really enjoyed the time we were there and would stay again

Enjoyed our stay! Owner was accommodating and easy to reach. Property was clean and located in a great spot on the island! Plenty of parking. Beautiful dock and view! Loved the hangings in the hallway depicting yearly family gatherings! Super creative and special!

Our family had a great time at Marcie's house! The house was very clean upon arrival and had everything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here while fishing from the dock or just sitting around on the porches. The kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable which is always a huge plus while on vacation. There were also plenty of beach chairs, toys, games, etc. to use.
