* Parking: There are four parking spots available for your cars and boat trailer, including two covered spots.

Interaction With Guests

We offer a seamless self check-in process and give our guests space and privacy to enjoy their vacation. While we are not on site, the property manager Meredith is readily available by phone or message day or evening 7 days a week if you need anything at all during your stay.

Other Details to Note

* Duplex Property: This home is one side of a duplex. The dock is a shared amenity with the adjoining unit, but your pool and backyard are completely private.
* Pool Heating: The pool can be heated for a fee of $125 per week, plus taxes and applicable credit card processing fees. This fee can be prorated for longer stays. Please let us know in advance if you’d like to add this service.

* Centrally located in Marathon: Many great restaurants and activities just 10 minutes away
* 2 minutes from grocery store, liquor store, and pharmacy.
* Just an hour away from Key West, 40 minutes from Islamorada, 20 minutes away from Bahia State Park, and less than 15 minutes to open water if traveling by boat.


Angler's Sombrero is a beautiful canal front development along Sombrero Beach Road. The street dead-ends into Sombrero Beach, a beautiful sandy oceanfront beach! There is a wide bike/walking path down the street to the beach! Centrally located, everything you want to do is very close and convenient!

We recommend bringing a car but the area does have taxis and sometimes uber

    Yes the kitchen was fully equipped. The place was spacious and super clean. Only thing I would change is the outdoor cushions were worn. There isn’t a lot of sun exposure.

    We took our family on vacation for our youngest son’s HS senior year. The house was perfect. It had lots of great spaces for everyone to relax. All of the bedrooms are very spacious and comfortable. The Kitchen and breakfast bar have everything you need. We loved the upstairs deck for morning coffee. The heated pool was everyone’s favorite and the outdoor TV was great for watching sports while hanging out by the pool. The bikes and kayaks were also great to have. The beach and grocery store were just a short ride down the bike path. The dock was also nice. We caught some fish and got to watch lots of wildlife. We highly recommend this property for family vacations, it has everything you need.

    The home is a great fit for us. The home has the amenities that we want . My family loves the pool and paddle boards. We enjoyed the fact that staying here we were located close to restaurants and stores. It was a great 5 week experience for us. We ‘ll be back next year!!

    The property was clean. Suitable for six people. Overall the unit lacked attention to small maintenance items such as smoke detectors, stains on furniture and a loose doorknob. We were restricted on the temperature setting for the a/c leaving the unit hot at certain times during the day. The kitchen could use some new items for food preparation in mind as we book with VRBO for the ability to cook in. Overall after spending a week at Reel Life at the given price point for our stay we expected a bit more.
