Stayed Jul 19, 2025Fantastic week with our family! The beach house and its amenities were wonderful. The living areas were spacious. The furnishings were excellent, including two fridges and plenty of plates and glasses and pots and pans. We really appreciated the elevator for getting our luggage and supplies up and down since the staircase is tall. The decks were roomy with great sunset views, and open-air lounging area under the houses was unique and fun. The dock worked well for our boat and kayaks and floats. Overall a great place to vacation.

Stayed Jul 12, 2025We have been coming to Topsail Beach and staying on the south end of the island for 52 years. My husband is now in a wheel chair and enjoys coming and fish in the canal. The house is pretty much wheel chair accessible. It is a lovely house with a well stocked kitchen. Thank you so much for having us.
