Stayed May 26, 2024Within an hour of arriving we contacted Vacasa because the master bathroom didn't have a toilet seat. It took over 48 hours for somebody to finally show up - the common response was we're waiting from a response from the local team. Somebody finally got back to me and told me I would get a partial refund because of the hassle - it's been 3 weeks since we checked out and Vacasa is still waiting on a response from the local team. It seems like Vacasa is horrible at customer service and I don't appreciate being lied to. I wish I didn't have to leave a bad review, but I don't have other options. The house itself was fantastic. The private pool was nice to have, and the canal dockage let us take our rental boat out really easily. The rooms and beds were all very comfortable. The A/C worked very well and felt amazing after coming in from being out in the sun. I would absolutely stay here again, assuming it was managed by a different company.

Stayed Oct 15, 2023The view was spectacular. Very roomy and private. We had dinners on the patio utilizing the grill and large seating area. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed May 9, 2023Great house. Very clean. On canal with a boat dock. The door alarms are very loud; we learned they are required under local law to alert everyone when doors with access to a pool are opened.

Stayed Feb 19, 2023We loved the pool/house/views! House was very clean! Easy access to US1… great location. Near restaurants, beach, and grocery stores. Great pool and deck. Patio furniture was in very good condition and comfortable. House is very easy to keep clean. Washer and dryer are large and easy to use. Just a few nit picky things: - outside trash cans need to be replaced.. no covers and smell bad - master bathroom bath/shower had rusty soap holder and shower curtain rod is flimsy and falls a lot - Vacasa management was not easy to ask questions and obtain information from. -pool is great - would be more relaxing if pool pump was enclosed - it is very loud while trying to relax! - outdoor grill needs to be replaced - needs new pans to cook with Overall we would rent this house again! It was a great house and set up well!!! The above little things are just that… little!
