We will provide check-in instructions prior to check in. The house operates on combination door code - so there is no key exchange (or to lose!).
We set the space up where you should have everything you need. Our goal is to stay out of your way until you need us. We are always available if you need us via AirBNB messenger or phone.

The street car red line is right out the front door. It takes you towards downtown and the French Quarter or towards City Park in the other direction.
Uber, Lyft, taxis also easy.
2.5 miles to the French Quarter.
3.5 miles to the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center.

    This trip was great. We ended up in a different unit after being offered an upgrade so I can't say how the Canal property is but the General Pershing property with the same company was wonderful. Very clean, responsive manager, quiet neighborhood and easy to get to many attractions.

    We rented both upstairs and downstairs units to house an entire team of adult ultimate frisbee players. The space was nice and comfortable with nice size bedrooms and plenty of common space for everyone to enjoy. There were 15 of us. A Canal Street Car stop is right in front of the house which was quite convenient.

    family and friends in for a Saints game, safe spot, can hear people stirring upstairs, but the photos are accurate, its a safe area, and food is close by. Would stay at again. bed was comfy

    We made the best of things that were not as expected. Owner must have newly renovated it but it was NOT a new property. The pictures on the website must reflect his upstairs property bc what we got was NOT the photos we saw for downstairs unit.The design lacked a woman’s input. Pedestal sinks meant no place to put a toiletry bag except for maybe on a closed toilet lid. No towel hooks or towel bars meant hanging wet towels over a door. No basic supplies like coffee/filters, a broom, dishwasher pods or dish towels meant a trip to Walmart. Internet was spotty in the kitchen and kept buffering. They need an extender. Floors were faux wood but bc floor was uneven, there were lots of dips. There were inadequate number of forks and spoons and knives for a group of 5. We were not told there would a group of workmen over our heads walking all night and again by 5 am. Soundproofing needed! We were told no parties but with kids running for hours over our heads there was clearly a party going on upstairs. The driveway was super tight and we were told to park on left side. We tried to comply but at night when workman got there with three huge work trucks we had to hug the wall to get into the space. We had water pressure issues in the kitchen, no clear directions on operating a shower that required you to pull down on the spout to divert the water to the shower head, the water dripped from the ceiling in first bedroom left off the kitchen when it rained &batteries needed for ceiling fan

    This bottom unit was perfect for what we needed during our stay for my son’s graduation from Tulane. Spacious enough for our group of 9, five of which are 6’2 to 6’6 in height. The rooms and beds were modern and neat, and we had more than enough space in the living room for everyone to sit and play board games. The back patio was also spacious and convenient. I was initially worried with it being a bottom unit space - but it is exactly how described but BIGGER :). The host was responsive and kind.

    We were super satisfied with our stay. The property is very conveniently located to the trolley which take you to the main landmarks and also to City Park, grocery stores and restaurants. We barely had to use our car! 100% recommended!
