Bring the whole group to this great place with lots of room for fun and relaxation! From the spacious deck, hot tub, firepit area this property offers something for all!

Spacious deck overlooking the front yard with swing area, hot tub, and grilling space. Apx 1 mike to Patoka Lake main entrance, winery and multiple restaurants.

Entire house and property.

Will be available via app and phone.

Community located close to Patoka Lake.
* Community quite hours 10pm-8am.
*Please keep noise in general within reason.
* If fire pit is used fire must be sprayed with water before leaving. Water hose is located to the right of the cabin.
*Do not burn trash.
*No R/V or camper parking allowed.
*Park on gravel areas only
* If parking more than 3 vehicles is expected please notify host prior to check in. Please do not park at edge of road, do not block road.
*For the consideration of others and safety once on gravel road please keep speed to less than 10 miles per hour.
*Limit of 2 pets per visit, with $100 pet fee. If pet fee is not paid and completed prior to check in fee will increase to $150.
*All dogs must be on a leash when outside
*Strictly no events or parties are allowed!
*Please do not place grills on porch or deck.
*Lost or not returning the Park Pass will result in a $60 charge for replacement.
Please note:
Staying after 11 am without prior approval is subject to additional fees.
Unauthorized late check out $100 for each hour past 11am.
After 1pm the guest will be charged that days base rate without discounts and that does NOT award possession of the property for that day. If the date to extend the stay is available, the guest must formally extend their stay through AIRBNB app. However, we reserve the right to decline the extension.
Guests will be responsible for any and all refunds given to incoming guests due to unauthorized late check out and will be charged for repayment of those costs.
*Please no projectile fireworks, no discharge of firearms.
* Use hot tub at your own risk.

This cabin was absolutely perfect! It was so cute and clean, and it had everything we could possibly need for a comfortable and fun stay. The location was ideal – close enough to Patoka Lake for easy access, but far enough away to feel private and secluded. We loved our time here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

We had a guys golf trip with 8 of us staying at Camp Chigger Ridge. The house was great for our group! Beds were comfortable, porch and grill more than adequate for hanging, and the hot tub very clean and hot!! Hurricane Helene kept us from golfing much so we watched football at the house and had a great time!! We went to brewery and Bennie's Off the Lake for a couple meals and drinks as they were nearby. If back in the area, we would definitely stay here again.

This home has everything you need to have a great family gathering. Most importantly it was very clean. So many extras … the fully stocked kitchen, grills (2), the fire pit and fire table, the swings around the lighted fire pit, the hot tub, and so much more! This beautiful lake house was the perfect place for our large family gathering before the 2024 eclipse. All of us were impressed. Highly recommend. Thank you Ashley for the delicious cookies upon arrival.

The house was absolutely beautiful and was stocked with everything you could possibly need. It was very clean and well kept. Very private but not too far from Patoka lake winery.

Our family (kids, teens, 20-somethings, parents, grandparents and spoiled dog) spent Thanksgiving at the cabin. Eveything was perfect! The firepit and propane griddle were big hits. The beds were comfy and even for a big group we had plenty of towels and plenty of space to hang out and enjoy our time together.
