Patoka Lake Solarium #16 at Patoka 4 Seasons Resort

Summary:

This spacious home comfortably sleeps up to 13 guests, making it ideal for large families or group gatherings. Three of the bedrooms each feature one queen bed, one twin bed, and a TV with satellite service, providing plenty of comfortable sleeping arrangements. The solarium offers additional space with two full-size sleeper futons, along with a wood-burning fireplace, TV with satellite, and a DVD player — perfect for relaxing or extra sleeping accommodations. There aretwo full bathrooms, each with a tub/shower combination and supplied with towels and basic toiletries for your convenience. The main living area includes a couch, loveseat, wood-burning fireplace (Please note: this fireplace is currently under maintenance.), and TV with satellite and DVD player, creating a welcoming space for everyone to gather. The kitchen is equipped with basic cooking utensils, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay.



The Space:

We are surrounded by the beautiful Patoka Lake, offering the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. While the lake is not visible directly from the cabins, we do have walking paths that will take you right to the water. There are also nearby boat ramps, making it easy to get out and enjoy a day on the lake. Whether you’re boating, fishing, or simply taking in the scenery, the lake is just minutes away!

Guests also enjoy access to our on-site amenities designed for fun and relaxation for all ages!

Clubhouse Access – Featuring arcade games, crane machines, and a pool table — perfect for a little friendly competition.

Sports Field – Includes a volleyball net, horseshoes, cornhole boards, and a small children’s playset so everyone can join in on the fun.

Seasonal Saltwater Pool – Take a refreshing dip in our saltwater pool, open seasonally for guests to enjoy.



Other Things to Note:

Pet Policy: This is a non-pet-friendly cabin.

Age Requirement: Guests must be at least 24 years old to rent.

Smoking Policy: Smoking is not permitted inside any of our buildings. However, ashtrays are provided for outdoor use.
