Stayed Oct 12, 2023Great affordable location to be near Clearwater & Tampa. 30 min to Clearwater beaches & to TPA. Parking is convenient. Necessity toiletries are provided (hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, bar soap) as well as dish soap for the kitchen. Has easy to use coffee maker plus k-cups & sugar & creamer. Grocery stores close by to get whatever else needed. Also has some kitchen necessities (foil, zip-lock bags, seasonings, etc) to not have to buy new. Beds are a bit on the hard side. Wi-Fi is handy. A/C works great! Powder room (half bath) came in handy. Also has laundry detergent provided to get some laundry done. Beach chairs & beach towels & umbrella & toys are handy for beach day; though have to shake out beach towels… still had some sand in them. Wish check-out time could be 11am/noon instead of 10am since we had to load dishes into dishwasher, remove all linens & beddings, & take out all trash… that’s a lot to do in addition to packing up… didn’t venture into backyard but there’s outdoor chairs & tables for use. Need to have a dresser and luggage bench in 2nd bedroom. Kids like the bookshelf of books & games. Keyless entry works great! Flood light come on at driveway at night for safety! Would keep the location as an option for next TPA visit!

The property was excellent and located just a short drive to the game (10 mins). The neighbourhood was friendly and very safe. The house was clean and had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Nov 10, 2023We were celebrating my youngest sister's birthday. The house felt like a home. It was beautiful and decorated exquisitely. The furnishings were all of great quality. The only downside was that we did not stay longer. The property manager was so helpful and nice. I will definitely rent this property again when in Florida.

Stayed Jun 17, 2023Everything was AMAZING at this lovely home! The only bad thing was that we had to leave to travel back home! The beds were amazing, new appliances in the kitchen, lovely lighting throughout the home, backyard patio was great, air condition was perfect, dining area was exactly what our family wanted! Literally, not one bad thing to say. We will definitely be booking again on our next visit!

Stayed Feb 12, 2023The house was very clean, comfortable and home-like. Everything was exactly as pictured. We ate a lot of our meals in, and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. We were disappointed that the back yard was noisy from the busy road just behind the back fence, which made it hard to sit outside for very long. But overall, we had a very good stay.
