Cali Style Townhouse - Mins to Everything

I would highly recommend staying at David’s place in Columbus. First location is great walk with several restaurant and bars within walking distance. The house itself is immaculate and all the amenities that you could ask for I’ve been thought of. The communication with the host was perfect and they were great in helping us in accommodating an infant and providing us with a travel crib

One of my favorite Vrbo’s I’ve stayed at. All the bedrooms are amazing and the living room is so welcoming. Great location with plenty of street parking. Would stay again!

A gorgeous condo. Convenient location in the heart of Grandview and close to Upper Arlington. Very well equipped with all the necessary accoutrements and then some. They even provided terry cloth robes. It is one of 3 attached walk up townhomes in a very safe neighborhood. Communication with the owner was timely and check in process was easy. They provide a garage but we parked on street right in front of the place - much easier. We were there over Christmas holiday and were greeted with a fire in the fireplace, a lit Christmas tree and a lovely welcome container providing home made hot chocolate, marshmallows and candy canes. I will be back

Great stay besides parking.

The area was super convenient. The street was clean, safe, and had plenty of parking. The house was even better than expectations.

Townhouse was beautiful and so confrontable. 3 couples stayed with us for a Gala we were in town for and we were all comfortable and did not feel like we were on top of each other. We sat on the porch and people watched and even got to enjoy the back with the fire pit. It was so clean and had everything we needed . David was very responsive to all of our questions and very helpful. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend David’s townhouse.

This is a great location and cute property. It suited us and our littles so well. They had everything we needed. All the light switches were labeled which was so nice.

This is the perfect place to stay while in Columbus as it is close to a lot of activities and dining choices. It has been newly renovated. Everything is super clean. The beds are very comfortable. Our grandkids loved that they each had their own room with a tv. The coffee pods were greatly appreciated. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch, having a relaxing time listening to the rain.Owners are very quick to respond to questions.Thank you for offering your lovely house!

“Just Perfect”Great location, the estate has gated access permanently staffed. All communications with the host Kedric was spot on and access to the villa was well explained. On entering the villa it was spotless, a real credit to the host and cleaning / management service. The pool was lovely & warm and the hot tub was hot! The whole experience of stopping in this villa was excellent. We actually borrowed one of the 3 pushchairs/ strollers that was in the storage box in the games room / garage. The pool area was spotlessly clean and was cleaned / maintained twice during our stay by a very pleasant pool guy. There are plenty of pool inflatables (see photo). All things considered this is a fantastic villa. Our 6 year old granddaughter when asked about what was the best thing about our holiday to Disney World she replied “ the swimming pool at the villa”

The house was great for our long weekend! Clean and Comfortable! We certainly will choose this property again and recommend to friends. Great location, experience was great!

My Cousin and I stayed here for some long overdo Cousin time away from our kiddos to catch up on life. It was such a cute beautiful, homey house with a cute porch, back porch and back patio. It was very peaceful and exact what we were looking for in a place to connect and bond. The beds and towels were comfy, very nice coffee station with coffee, creamers and tea. There were even some popcorn snacks. Walkable to everything, coffee shops, restaurants and stores. Thank you David for welcoming us into your home! We would definitely stay here again!

This home is every bit as nice in person as it appears in the photos. We stayed here to attend our daughter's graduation ceremony at OSU, along with 4 grandparents. Everyone was comfortable, with plenty of room for personal space and togetherness. Parking was easy and plentiful, the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, and convenient to everywhere we needed to be. This rental will be at the top of our list the next time we visit Columbus.

We loved everything about this property and truly felt like we were in our own home. The place had all of the amenities one could need, the entire house was super clean, and the location was very convenient for our needs. We will definitely be back!!

The house was very clean, very homey feeling and plenty of space for our 3 couples trip. The location was perfect to OSU and surrounding areas that we visited. Finally, a lot of little details we enjoyed like K-cup coffee, snacks, toiletries, etc.

The listing was accurate but the details that made this place excellent need to be seen for yourself. I was very impressed with how clean the entire home was. Check in was smooth. Check out was easy. My wife and I will stay here again next time we visit Columbus.

One of the best accommodations ever! Nicely designed and furnished, very comfortable. Couple of very minor comments/suggestions: change out the bulbs for the can lights in the kitchen and living room to something less bright or put a dimmer on them, way too bright! Let adjacent units know that the back yard is shared. One unit had a bit of a cannabis party one evening and left a bunch of paraphernalia at the fire pit area. Please provide extra kitchen trash bags. Loved the fireplace, the front and back porches, and will definitely return on our next visit to Columbus!

The property was just as it was portrayed in the photos. It was very clean and well maintained. Very convenient to restaurants, bars, shops, and a short walk to OSU campus. I would definitely stay here again the next time I am in town.
