Spacious, clean, bay view from outdoor deck. A quick walk to the beach. Hot tub nice in early mornings and evenings. Full kitchen but you need to bring all your own spices etc to cook with.

The VRBO pictures did not tell the whole story. This was an extended family vacation over the Thanksgiving Holiday. The check in process was seamless and well explained. The pictures did not show the dated house aesthetics. The carpets were egregiously dirty, several large stains on the furniture and the bathrooms and kitchen were dated. The neighborhood was fine with good beach access. The note about the stairs is very true. The inside stairs were not appropriate for the elderly. The sunroom was excellent and the WiFi was adequate. The manager was very responsive. Overall, not a horrible experience but we would not rent again.

We had a wonderful time exploring beautiful Virginia Beach while visiting our son who is in the Navy before he is deployed this month. We have family in Maryland who came to stay as well, and the house was perfect for all. Since we came from out of state it would have been nice to not have had to buy so many of the basics though - only one roll of toilet paper left in each bathroom, no liquid dish soap or sponge in kitchen. Other than that, it was quiet, and we loved exploring the neighborhood & beaches with spectacular properties often exclaiming to each other who are these people and what in the world do they do for a living? Would definitely recommend!

The property is huge and bright. The kitchen is very well stocked. The house is really close to the beach and the area is quiet. Oddly, there are no dressers with drawers, but there plenty of shelves and the closets are big. Also, the only ways to get to the main floor are a spiral staircase inside and a long flight of steps outside, so if you have trouble with climbing stairs this might not be the place for you. The house is a short drive from restaurants, shops, Rudee Inlet, and other attractions. The property manager checked in with helpful tips and was readily available if needed. We'd love to stay there again!

Although the property is listed for 12 people, we didn’t feel it even accommodated the 8 people we had comfortably. The dishes had burned food I guess from the previous guests, the double sink bathroom had some black like feces around the toilet, and there was dirty blanket in the closet thrown on the floor.

This home has a beautiful kitchen, beautiful windows that allows the morning sun to fill the whole house and the outdoor decks and sunroom have great views and is a nice place to gather with family. The garage Rec room was a great hangout too.

It was close to the beach and to places in town for other activities. You could relax or be active, and the neighborhood was quiet. The house had plenty of room for everyone.

The home was lovely and close to the beach. It had a very well equipped kitchen and details like fun family games to play were so thoughtful. The game room, sunroom, decks, and outside grill were great. The veiw was lovely. The outside showers were great and comvenient for cleaning off beach sand. Customer service was excellent! My family had such a great time. I would definitely book this home again!

Sandbridge beach is a quiet spot near Virginia Beach. The home was perfect for our ladies get together. Plenty of beds and bathrooms. The game room was a pleasant little gem. Views of the bay and the porches were fantastic.
