Picture this: the sun sinks behind the Smokies while you`re two floors up on your private rooftop deck, a game of pool going, mountain ridges glowing pink beyond the rail. One flight down, the indoor heated pool and hot tub sit steaming and waiting. Your dog is asleep by the fireplace. Dollywood is minutes away and the Parkway is just a mile down the road — but tonight, nobody on this rooftop is in any hurry to leave
ABOUT THIS SPACE
This brand-new, three-story mountain-modernhome was built for groups who want the whole vacation under one roof — pool, rooftop bar, game room, and mountain views — without getting back in the car.
Start at the top: the covered rooftop lounge is the heart of the house, with a wet bar, a full-size pool table, lounge seating, a TV, and its own fireplace. Floor-to-ceiling views stretch across the ridgeline, and this is where every group ends up after dinner as the range turns gold at sunset.
One the main floor, the open-concept living area centers on a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a long bar with leather stools, and a dining table sized for the whole crew — pack a cooler of groceries and skip fighting Parkway traffic.
The showstopper on the lower level is the indoor heated pool room, strung with string lights and finished with a reclaimed-wood accent wall — private, climate controlled, and usable rain or shine, a real rarity among Smokies cabins.
Next to the pool room, the game room keeps kids and adults entertained with arcade games, foosball, and a big-screen TV.
Sleeping is just as thoughtful: three king bedrooms (including one on the main level so no stairs!), each with its own private en-suite bathroom, so there`s no morning lineup for the shower. Every bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and a hair dryer, and every bedroom has room-darkening shades, extra pillows and blankets, and a proper closet.
Outside, a fire place, grill, and outdoor dining area round out the entertaining space, and a washer keeps swimsuits in rotation. AC, heat, and Wi-Fi with an Ethernet jack cover the practical side, while a smoke alarm, CO alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit are on hand.

WHO THIS HOME IS BEST FOR
Multi-generational family reunions — three king en-suite bedrooms give grandparents, parents, and kids privacy, while the rooftop lounge gives everyone a shared space to gather.
Groups of couples on a joint getaway — three couples splitting the bedrooms, pairing off in the pool by day and reconvening at the rooftop wet bar at sunset.
Dollywood-focused vacations — with the park minutes away, this is base camp for families back at the pool an hour after the gates close.
Traveling with a dog — this home is pet friendly, so the four-legged member of the family doesn`t sit this trip out; note the pet terms in the house rules below.
Friends craving a low-key weekend — the indoor pool, hot tub, and game room mean a fun weekend without ever leaving the house.
Also note this is a larger cabin that can sleep 12. We discount the nightly rate for smaller groups. While you will have access to the entire cabin we ask that you only use the 3 king bed suites and not the queen over queen suite or the pull out sofa. This helps keep the cleaning fee down and gives you a cheaper rate!
Thank you!
GUEST ACCESS
Guests have full access to all three levels of the home plus the rooftop lounge. Check-in instructions, including the door code, are sent before arrival so you can head straight in after the drive. The kitchen, pool room, game room, and rooftop bar are open for the whole stay, and the host, John, responds to messages within the hour.

PARKING
Free parking is available on the property for multiple vehicles, so there`s no need to juggle street parking. There are three designates parking spots and a fourth, smaller vehicle could park on the sidewalk in front of the cabin provided you don`t impede traffic. The home sits in a brand new, upscale neighborhood just off the Parkway, with a paved driveway that fits three cars — handy for a multi-family group arriving separately. As a newer development, a few neighboring homes may still be under construction. Altough construction is scheduled to wrap up around the end of 2026 you may hear construction noise during working hours on week days.
