This place was awesome! It had such a cozy cabin feel and a beautiful private back yard, but with all the conveniences of being in town. The well equipped kitchen made it easy to cook our meals from home which I greatly appreciated. There were lots of clean towels, bedding, and blankets. The welcome basket in the kitchen and toiletries were a nice touch and came in handy! Hot tub was perfect...probably my favorite part. Check in/check out process was super easy. Thank you, Paul!

The cabin made our trip perfect! We enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit and all of the little details he left for us really made everything fun and special. There were a ton of birds that came to the bird feeder and the cabin was centrally located so getting everywhere we needed to go was easy. Highly recommend!

An all around 5 experience. Paul was so easy to work with, very kind and responsive. The house is such a unique find - tons of comfortable furniture in the living spaces for movie nights and relaxing, hot tub was awesome, great fire pit with a private backyard, beds were comfortable, soft linens, cozy blankets everywhere. The house was stocked with any amenity you would need and then some. The stairs going to the two upper bedrooms were steep and a little tricky, but there is a master bedroom and bathroom on the main floor so it wasn’t an issue for my parents. Also very centrally located, just a 5 min drive anywhere we needed to go. We would absolutely stay here again!

The amenities/ facilities were really homey and quiet. This hard to do when inside the city. There are spaces for all to be together but also enough choices to be apart and have your own time. Paul was very accommodating with all my extra asks. Enjoyed the hot tub. All in our party had a great experience.

We had an enjoyable stay at this week keep property not far from Minneapolis. Check in was easy, the place was clean and it was fun living in an A frame for a few nights. The area had plenty to do for young kids with the children's museum and Chaos waterpark being the highlights. Would recommend property to others and stay here again. Thanks

The house was very cozy and comfortable. Very well stocked with whatever you need. Comfortable bedding and beds. Yard war large. Surrounded by trees, well landscaped and included a fire pit for building a fire. Lovely setting- made you feel like you were out in the woods and not in town. Owner was quick to respond to questions. Very nice stay!

I have to say this was probably my most favorite stay at a VRBO property. This cabin is adorable and it’s clear how well loved and cared for it is by the owners! The only thing to note is that the stairs are rather steep but that’s because it is a three story A-frame cabin so it comes with the territory (but may be an issue for anyone with mobility issues though our 86yo granny did just fine). They thought of everything you might need and it made for a wonderful Christmas stay for our family. We can’t wait to come back.

We were in Eau Claire for my daughter’s graduation. Paul’s cabin in the city was perfect. My husband’s knee was having issues so the stairs upstairs were too steep for him but there were plenty of other sleeping arrangements. The extra amenities were a nice touch- snacks- toiletries. It was very roomy and spacious with comfy furniture. The notes regarding remote usage was greatly appreciated as well. I would highly recommend this cabin. Paul is very easy to communicate with and this location is ideal.

This place was amazing and just what we had hoped for. Paul was there if and when we needed him. Was an our best VRBO site we have stayed at.

Our group of 8 had a great stay at Paul’s place while we were in town to visit our student for UWEC’s family weekend. The home is very unique, reminiscent of a cottage up north, but conveniently located in neighborhood and just a 10 minute drive to campus. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. And we really enjoyed our stay! Paul was great with communication and we look forward to returning on a future visit!

In town for Labor Day to visit family. Great little oasis to relax after full days of family time. Everything was great— clean, quiet, and well stocked. Hot tub was clean and hot (sometimes you get a warm tub instead…). There were even extra toiletries provided in case you forgot yours! No body soap/wash during our stay, which could have been an oversight at that time. Highly recommend!

The house was a nice space. It was too windy to enjoy the outdoor space & fire pit which was a big reason we picked the property. Owner responded quickly to questions. Had a nice welcome basket & little toiletries that were handy. Downfalls, has alot of steps & only 1 shower. 3 recliners, so a couch or more comfy seating in the upstairs living room would be nice. Kitchen space is tight for 8 adults, but did have a nice high top 4 seat table on patio Has nice little stair lights on inside staircases.
