The apartment is spacious and the appliances (AC, fridge, etc) are in excellent working order. Very easy to communicate with the host and was very friendly. Very close to C’as d’Oro vaporetto stop and good dining.

Lovely apartment, warm welcome, easy access to main sites. 2 minute walk to Grand Canal and some good eating places within a few minutes walk.

Great location not far from the main attractions

Very convenient location - close to water transport, walking distance to many places, on a nice and quiet street. Spacious and clean apartment. Good, clear communication with hosts.

Check in was very easy. Vaporetto from the train station and then a short walk to the apartment with no bridges to cross with luggage was a definite plus. We were greeted at the door and showed around the apartment. All messages were answered promptly. The owner also sent a very informative email prior to check in to advise of the local requirements for rubbish etc. It was not hard to take the rubbish to the closest collection point on the day we left. Close to many shops and restaurants but being a street back from the main area it was very quiet. Coop supermarket was also nearby to stock up on basics for breakfast. The location was perfect for us - quieter than the main San Marco area but still within an easy walk.The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need for a holiday stay and the added bonus was the use of a washing machine. We would highly recommend this property to stay in for a holiday in Venice.

Excellent location. Quick and easy access to vaporetto. Host provided great instructions for locating property and met me onsite to show me how to work AC.

The property was easy to find, an associate met us at the McDonalds. It’s very convenient to most everything and amazingly quiet. The bed was very comfortable; my only suggestion being to put a darker shade on the bedroom door that goes out to the courtyard. The upstairs apartment occupant turns a light on several times a night that kind of shines in your face. The couch in the living room was not comfortable to sit on though not a deal breaker. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will stay there again when we visit Venice again.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The apartment was convenient to shops and the vaporetto, so we were able to get around easily. Luca was there to let us in even though we came in rather late.

Great little apartment in Venice just the right size. Great centralized location and a two minute walk to the Vaporetto. Seriously, great place on the ground floor.

We absolutely loved our stay at this property! The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. One of our favorite features was the private patio — it was perfect for relaxing in the morning or winding down in the evening. The location couldn’t have been better — just a short walk to great shops, restaurants, and everything we needed. Highly recommended!

Everything in the description is 100% accurate. We stayed three nights with our adult daughter, who used the sofa bed in the kitchen/bedroom. It was cozy and comfortable. Each room has a door that closes, isolating any noise of the street (of which there was not much anyway). The washing machine, extra cabinet with dishes in the living room and the shelves of blankets, etc, make it seem like this would be ready to move in and live permanently We walked from the train station with luggage without issues. Took a guided tour to the Dolomites one day - beautiful and highly recommended!

We stayed 3 nights at this property in Venice. The accomodations were as advertised. They were comfortable and check-in was easy. We were met at the property, given the keys and we paid the tourist taxes. The property is well located, within t minutes of Piazza San Marco and with quick access to the grand canal. It's also close to restaurants and a grocery store. The kitchen was well equipped and we were able to cook a few meals during our stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Venice. The bed was comfortable and the apartment had everything we needed. Great location and easy check in process. The only issue is dealing with garbage at check out. Thank you for the great stay!

Location was great! We were able to walk everywhere we wished to go from this location. Luca was pleasant with check in process, even showed us how to make coffee!

Right next to an Irish Pub. Close to Vaparettos on both sides. Shopping and food steps away.
