Maria Beatrice and Carlo are consummate hosts and their residence is comfortable, cozy, and close to everything we wanted to see and do in Venice. They provided information that made our arrival and stay simple. They responded quickly to communications. Carlo spent time introducing us to the lovely, quiet neighborhood.All in all, excellent property and hosts!

The hosts were extremely helpful and easy to communicate with. We always received a quick response to our questions. We would definitely recommend this location as well.

Excellent central location in Venice!! Carlo was awesome getting us settled and provided a great overview of the area with the best sites to hit during our short stay. Flat was clean and comfortable with lots of modern updates. Highly recommend this place.

The apartment was Nice and efficient for our family of 4. The location was great many many options for dinning, shopping, and the main attractions. The hosts reached out uponBooking to help us and I would highly suggest as navigating from airport or train station can be tricky. Carlo greeted us at train station booked a water taxi in advance to the apartment and then walked over to our apartment got us all in and then shared location and suggestions for dinner, entertainment attractions and he and his wife were available at all times. Venice was Beautiful and would stay here in future.

Stayed here recently with my husband and 2 adult daughters. The flat was perfect - Carlo and Maria arranged for an airport water taxi pickup and other transportation while we were in Venice. Flat was clean and conveniently located. Can’t wait to return!

Hosts greet you and Walk you to property. He also walked us to the local square to orient us. They are fabulous hosts and answer very quickly. The pictures are accurate. It was perfect for our family with 3 teens. We had a great time.

Maria and Carlo are very gracious host! He met us as water taxi plus provided very useful info for our Venice stay plus Maria followed up with recommendations. She was very prompt responding to our inquiries for a doctor for one of our friends who fell sick. The property is very comfortable, quiet and clean. Beds comfy too. We hope to stay again on a future trip. Grazie Mille!

The property was so clean, in a very good area. Carlos met us at the train and took us to the apartment himself. He then gave us a quick tour of the area and arranged a water taxi for our departure. We felt very welcome and taken care of.

The property is perfect for a family. Centrally located and Carlo & Maria were the perfect hosts. Grazie.

Fabulous location. Close to everything. Carlo was a great host. He must have spent 45 minutes explaining everything and giving us pointers of things to do. He even made reservations for us at his favorite restaurant. Would definitely recommend.

The owner met us and walked us to the unit! Super nice and responsive. Unit is easy walk from water taxi(even with large bags). Very clean and met our needs. There are stairs to the unit (but thats Venice). Great location with easy walk to St. Marks restaurants and shops!!
