BY THE SEA VACATION VILLAS- VILLA RENZA 3 BED/TWO BLOCKS TO BCH PRIVATE POOL

Super clean, very hommie and comfortable cconvient to beach shops and restrauants..

Nice and clean. My husband and two adult children plus spouses shared this house. There was plenty of space for everyone. The host was friendly and willing to help when needed. Answered all questions promptly. We loved having beach towels and chairs as well as a wagon. Also, we liked having the beach close by. Thank you for a fun family vacation!

We enjoyed our stay at Villa Renza, it was exactly what we needed for our trip. The location is great- close to restaurants and shops, but no street noise at night. We enjoyed cooling off in the pool and the beach chairs, wagon and cooler that were available to use. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well-stocked.

The house was great - in an awesome location. The host gave us great suggestions for dinner and music. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The yard was small and the pool was very small. It seemed like a whirlpool. It actually had the jets. Regardless we had a great time!!

Perfect house

We were so happy to have found this gem. The house is all that it claims to be - clean and spacious with many amenities. It really is a quick walk to the beach and the center of town. The hosts were constantly available and checked in via text to make sure we didn't need anything.At one point, the ice maker stopped working and a maintenance worker was there within minutes to fix it and he brought a bag of ice to make sure we had ice right away! We enjoyed a lounging in the back after a hot day at the pool. Thank you for a wonderful experience - we will definitely rent this property again.

Perfect location! Love the walkability of LBTS and this location couldn't be better. 2 blocks from the beach and many restaurants. Walking distance to Publix. Plenty of space for 4 gals. Everything you could possibly need. Great communication. We'd love to come back. And stay longer next time!

Everything was terrific. My only disappointment was the pool is really small and the water temperature was way to warm 80. It was not refreshing at all. Felt like a bath. I wish there is a way to get the pool colder, especially when Ft. Lauderdale temps are 90 each day. Ortherwise it was perfect.

We spent a week in the Villa. The home was well-equipped, clean, and close to the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed walking into the small town with a great beach feel and lovely shops and restaurants. Communication regarding any questions was clear and timely. We look forward to returning!

Three spacious bedrooms and well stocked kitchen. Small solar heated pool / jacuzzi perfect for children. Close to many restaurants and shops and the beach. Water taxi nearby.

We had a great stay at Villa Renza. We loved the spacious layout, the private outside patio and pool, and the great location. It was great being close to the beach and all of the great restaurants and shops. This is a perfect location for a fun and relaxing beach vacation. The hosts were also great to work with and very accommodating.

This home was really prefect for our trip. It was very clean and comfortable and had everything we need for an enjoyable stay! It’s a 5 minute walk to downtown and the beach, with lots of great restaurants nearby. There are a few shops nearby to stock up on necessary items, and the Publix is a 5 minute drive. They supplied all the linens and towels, and also plenty of basics like tpaper and paper towels. The property manager was texting us every day to check in and immediately responded to any concerns. We had a plumbing issue and they sent the property manager out to resolve it very quickly. The beach chairs, beach towels and wagon were also a nice touch. We would not hesitate to stay here again!!

We had an amazing time at Villa Renza. The house was very spacious with all the necessary amenities, and the yard was a nice place to relax. Our grand children enjoyed the pool even if it was small. The restaurants, ice cream shops and the beautiful beach were a short walk away. The whole family enjoyed our stay and would definitely come again.
