Great house for my family visit to Lubbock!

Great place and host!

The home and management were very accommodating. The place was spotless and provided ample amenities for my family. The neighborhood was noisy at night, but with the security cameras and lighting, we felt safe.

The home was clean. Very well decorated. Entry was straightforward. Nice location to the university and many restaurants. Host was excellent to work with and returned text in a very timely manner. Loved our stay even though our team lost the games.

In town with family for a TTU football game. Property is next to a local church, so not a neighborhood setting. House was perfect, clean and spacious - plenty of room for our group of 6. Definitely recommend!

This is an older home that has been nicely re-done on the inside with ample parking. The kitchen, baths, and bedrooms are all equipped with the essentials including plenty of towels, dishes, silverware, pots, pans, and extra pillows, blankets and sheets. Just a note for coffee drinkers: there is a coffee pot rather than a Keurig- which is fine for us. The living room is very cozy and seats several people on the sectional and swivel chair. The washer and dryer are a nice convenience. The security system provides peace of mind. Tech’s football stadium is only a 1.2 mile walk!

This house is in an excellent location for football game weekends and has walkable entertainment and food options nearby. Very clean interior, well furnished and enough rooms for a decent sized group of friends. Only minor inconveniences were the door code (keypad) didn't work as instructed, and there isn't a true dining area in the house, otherwise everything was great.

We needed somewhere to stay to house several family members while we were going through a horrible time. We had a family member in the hospital and we are not from the area. We had an amazing experience with this property…it was the perfect place for all of us to be together at such a crucial time. The person we were in contact with for the property was so helpful and was readily available anytime I had a question. I would definitely stay there again.

This house was perfect to house all of the family we had in town for a medical emergency. Isabel was so helpful and was always available when I had questions.

Rented the house for family coming for my graduation & it was the perfect comfy home base for my dad and his siblings. We sat on the comfy couches and told old stories and had a blast! Everyone slept comfortably and the fridge was large enough to stock everyone’s favorite beverages!

The house was just right for 6 people. It was welcoming and comfortable.
