Very clean and well designed home! I loved the front porch, we loved the yard and furniture was clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was wonderful, everything was updated and VERY clean. Location was perfect. It was nice to be able to park in the driveway too, off the street. We’d stay here again and again.

This is probably our 4th or 5th time we have stayed at the Butterfly House while in Grand Junction visiting our student daughter at CMU. We love this precious little house and it is perfect for the two of us. The central location is handy to campus, downtown & pretty much anywhere we want to go in the Grand Valley. We definitely use all of the features in the kitchen as we try to make our own meals at the house instead of going out all of the time. Super comfortable beds. Highly recommend this place for a small group.

Located on a street near CMU which was perfect for our needs.

This house was perfect in all the ways. It had everything one needed. It was clean, decorated well and had so much charm. We loved the front porch sunroom for our morning coffee. The property manager was quick to respond in the booking process with the couple questions we had. We will absolutely book this house (if available) the next time we are in town!

The Butterfly house is in a great location just minutes from downtown and CMU and steps to Lincoln Park with a pool, park, and pickleball courts. The house is clean, well stocked, and beautifully maintained. We will definitely return!! Thank you

The house was exactly as described. I was visiting my son and his family who live in Grand Junction. I was the only one who stayed there, but having the space for them to hang out in was great. I have 3 grandkids and the backyard was a special feature. Plenty of room to play board games too.

I believe this is the third time we have stayed at this property, visiting our daughter who is a CMU student. We love this little house! It is clean, the beds & bedding are comfortable, the decor is bright & welcoming, the kitchen is well stocked for those who plan to cook while visiting, and the location is convenient to downtown, the stadium, campus, etc. It is cozy with only two bedrooms and one bathroom, but perfect for a couple or small family. I'm sure we will stay here again.

Nicely remodeled older home in a quiet neighborhood in Grand Junction. Roomy, comfortable (especially the beds and living room furniture) and well equipped. Beautiful kitchen with just about anything you might need, washer and dryer in the basement, covered carport kept the car dry. An excellent value, highly recommended!

The property and the whole experience was great!

I found this property because I was looking for a place that had sufficient space for my sewing machines and a flat space for cutting. I was not disappointed. We were able to play some golf until the weather put an early stop to it! Quiet surroundings and we could walk to the CMU stadium for ball games if we wanted.

We stayed at the Butterfly Cottage Saturday thru Tuesday in August 2024. It is an older house that has been updated and is very comfortable and welcoming. The neighborhood feels like one you would want to live in and the house is part of the charm. The house was very clean, well stocked, charming. Very pleasant back yard and closed in front porch that we spent a good deal of time in. We had a hard time figuring out the tv but finally got what we wanted. Next time we travel from Denver to GJ, this is definitely where we will hope to stay. A definite keeper!
