Very good location. Jo’s cafe was great for breakfast and less than a block away. Many restaurants and bars only a short drive. Also a short drive to Kissing Tree golf course. Perfect house for two guys on a golf trip.

Great location, walking distance to campus. Great coffee place just around the corner. Fenced in backyard if you have a pet. Excellent communication with the owner. Clean, quaint home, perfect when you visiting you college student and you have fur babies!

Two besties and their moms on a girls' weekend. The home was as advertised, location was great! Would definitely stay here again if in San Marcos.

The property was eclectic and well appointed. It was very comfortable for myself and my son who was attending a camp at Texas State. The house is close to everything- Target and H-E-B are within walking distance. The river is very close and made for a refreshing dip during the hot summer months. The owner was very responsive and provided lots of ideas of activities to do while in town.

Such a smooth check in process, communication was very quick and easy, location of the property is very ideal next to Jo’s Cafe and 10 minute walk to the square! Would highly book again!

Well kept, clean little house in older neighborhood.

Was in Texas with my father for my yearly Final Four trip. I wanted to stay outside of San Antonio and drive around for all the other events we were doi g and this worked perfect.

The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The location was walking distance to the square and the grocery store. Check in was easy and the beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

The bungalow is very quaint in a convenient location in the heart of downtown San Marcos. Able to walk everywhere. The fenced-in yard was perfect for us with having two dogs. Abraham was always very responsive with communications and easy to work with. Property is exactly as described, very clean and was stocked with the basics needed.

Very comfortable, cozy, and clean stay in central San Marcos. Multiple food options and grocery stores within either 5 minutes drive or walking distance. Our host was extremely responsive and accommodating throughout our stay! We were there for the formula 1 race weekend and it was only a 30 minute drive with minimal traffic from the VRBO. We highly recommend this stay for anyone coming for an event at COTA or in San Marcos in general!

We wanted to stay at a place near campus so we would be able to walk to the conference events a downtown. This house was perfect for that and we enjoyed our stay.

This was such a charming house. The colors, decor and furniture were just right. 2 bedrooms met our needs perfectly and the beds were very comfortable. We were in town to visit our grandchild for the weekend. We even cooked a gumbo and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. There were 2 cute coffee shops that we were able to walk to, super close to the house. The only thing I would say is because the home is older you may want to bring a power strip for extra plugs. Other than that the home was perfect. We will make sure to stay here again on our next visit to San Marcos!

The property has a beautiful garden that greets you when you arrive. The house is simple but clean and as advertised. I really enjoyed being so close to campus since we came in town to attend a TXST football game. I would rent this property again if I needed a house in San Marcos.

Great spot for a small family

It’s true, this location is the most convenient place to stay in San Marcos. It’s clean and it’s been updated to all the wanted conveniences! Love that it’s secluded with the plants/trees. We even saw a deer family in the yard!

Took my family for the fourth of July to the river. Booked this house. The night of the fourth we were outside around the table having a few beers. No music, no sound ordinance's being broke, no laws being broke. The neighbor came out and was very rude. Then the next day i was threatened to be kicked out. Not a very pleasant experience.

Short walk to coffee shops, restaurants, live music, and TSU. Fenced yard great for our dog.
