Stayed Sep 3, 2025A nightmare! Stay away from this place & it's owner. Was in Denver for an annual business trip & liked the photos of this place. Unfortunately, the place was dirty, cockroaches, dead bugs, peeling paint on kitchen ceiling, unbelievably lumpy couch & pillows, hair covered upholstery. I should have paid more attention to it only having one review. Host did not reply to problems for 10 hours & then suggested I was doing drugs or affected by altitude & refuted & refused & blamed. Did not feel safe or sane engaging with her. Had some good folks at VRBO try to help me every day for over a week to come to some resolution. Ended up having to do a chargeback. Horrible experience all the way around.
