I cannot endorse enough the host for this property - so thoughtful, kind, responsive, caring, and genuine. She thought of EVERYTHING. Arrived to chocolate and flowers, a comprehensive book for how to use the home and where to go in Boulder, and just the sweetest space with endless character. I wish I could have stayed a year. Worth every penny.

My husband and I spent a month at this cute bungalow in Boulder. We had several rounds of guests during that time. Everyone loved it—so close to Pearl Street and the boutique Whole Foods Ideal Market. Lots of nice restaurants in Boulder as well as vistas, hikes, and drives. This house was the perfect location for everything.

There’s so much to say… From the moment we walked through the fabulously crafted wooden gate into the GARDENS of Bungalow Asio, we knew; This is THE place to be. THEN, the rest of the experience also exceeded expectations. Donna is now a good friend and balanced hanging out with being very attentive to our needs. She offered so many ways to improve our stay - starting with chocolate and wine, to making sure the bikes were just right, to bringing books over that our son would like…We were so happy to have her close by as well - we loved getting to know her ❤️ The beds were SO comfortable and the rooms were just right. The kitchen was stocked to the brim with the perfect equipment. We didn’t need a thing (though I suggested a frother would be fun for morning coffee). The location is too notch - biking or walking everywhere was key. We often went into town or hiked up Sanitas or biked to Ideal Market. The location couldn’t be better because we were close to everything yet also had a personal oasis in the front AND back yard. We will certainly be back. We miss is already ❤️ Thank you for making BA so special, Donna. Xoxo

We decided to move the tent to Boulder for a month, working remotely but also hiking and running. The house was perfect for two of us and for one week, family (couple). We loved the house - just the fight balance of coziness and neatness - and found the kitchen perfect for cooking. You know those rentals where there are inexplicable kitchen appliance parts that don't fit together? That's not this house. Here, everything you need is here and it all works. The location was great for us, giving us places to run if we were in a rush but letting us get out of town quickly for more scenic runs and hikes.

We had a wonderful time in Donna’s home. The Asio house is so cute!!! We stayed for almost 3 months and felt right at home. And, the master bed is really comfortable. The house is thoughtfully decorated and the kitchen is super well stocked. There is everything you need. And, both the front and backyard are amazing! The neighborhood is lovely and really close to the trails, downtown and supermarket. Highly recommend:)

What a gem! I've stayed in plenty of VRBO and AirBnB properties, but I've never stayed in one as thoroughly and thoughtfully outfitted as Bungalow Asio. From the plush towels and bedding to the fully stocked kitchen (every pot, pan, and spice you need--plus a Viking stove and Vitamix!) to the super comfy couch and remote-controlled gas fireplace . . . We had everything we needed for a delightful month in Boulder. Cute, cozy (but surprisingly roomy, too), clean as a whistle, and convenient. The location couldn't be better. Loved being able to walk to grocery stores and hiking trails. I couldn't recommend a property more enthusiastically! Thanks, Donna and Greg, for such a lovely stay!

We enjoyed our stay in July 2016 at Bungalow Asio. The location of the home was ideal for a work/play vacation in Boulder. The owners were very responsive to our needs during the stay. We would absolutely love to return one day.

We were looking for a home away from home in Boulder for our family, as we traveled to Boulder to await the arrival of our baby girl. Donna and Greg could not have been more thoughtful and hospitable during our entire stay (they even brought over dinner once baby was home from the hospital). I agree with all other reviews that it is the perfect long term rental, in a perfect location, with the perfect hosts. The kitchen is fantastic and has EVERYTHING one could want/need to cook family meals. Everything in the home is top quality and thoughtfully selected, carefully maintained and meticulously cleaned. Donna and Greg even created a list of activities we could do with our 4-year-old. They had strollers, bikes, toys, books, baby carrier, etc. ready to go for us in case we needed it. We had plenty of room for a family of three, an au pair, and a new baby for the last week of our stay. We attended a local event or two in the neighborhood, walked to North Boulder Rec Center (awesome indoor pool with fun water slides for children) and many of the fantastic playgrounds within walking distance. It was perfect! We have stayed in many VRBOs over the years and this one outshines any of our stays by a long shot. You will not regret staying at this wonderful home.

My family and I stayed this summer at Bungalow Asio to get a full month Boulder adventure. The Bungalow was the perfect long term rental for us. There were 6 total people (4 adults, 2 kids-3 yrs and 6 yrs) staying very comfortably. Upon our arrival, we saw the magical gardens surrounding the house and enclosed by a wall/fence for total privacy. The landscaping was magnificent and allowed our girls the freedom to safely wander inside and out at anytime. Once inside, the home was perfectly laid out for maximum comfort and enjoyment. My young girls enjoyed the toy nook with lots of wooden and unique toys and books. We loved cooking together in the open gourmet kitchen. Donna and Greg stocked the kitchen with every tool and appliance necessary. Each room was cozy, comfortable and filled with natural light. We ate dinner many nights outside on the back table then afterwards to play cards. The outside couch was perfect for conversations and kiddie cuddles. Greg and Donna have also stocked the bungalow with bikes! Plenty of adult bikes, a trailer for the young ones, a tag-a-long for our 6 year old, and even a tandem. Just the convenience of riding our bikes at anytime (as opposed to renting like we have had to do in the past) made our experience that much better. The location of the bungalow is perfect. You can hop on the bike path easily, ride to Pearl St in less than 10 mins, ride to the pool in under 5 mins, etc. We highly recommend Bungalow Asio for anyone wanting a true authentic Boulder experience.
