Built in 2021 - Bayfront- Pool -Dock - Elevator - Short Walk to Beach

This house was such a treat! First impressions: stunning property, stunning interiors, stunning views from the deck and dock! As we settled in, I was particularly impressed with how well-stocked the kitchen is. All of the outdoor gear was well organized and much appreciated. The weather was too windy to use the kayaks, but I really wanted to! We would definitely book this house again if we return to SGI.

Loved every moment. The kitchen had more than we needed. The layout perfect for a large family. Caught dinner off the pier. Close walk to the beach.

We absolutely loved our stay at Peaceful Haven! The house was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed and more! We loved the quiet location and the peaceful evenings on the dock while the kids kayaked! Gina is a wonderful host who was responsive and helpful before and during our stay!

Beautiful house! Clean and spacious. We love SGI and the Plantation. We were so impressed with the house and all the amenities. The sunsets in the bay are the best. Great pier with side rails/ropes for the small ones and the elderly. Elevator was great for all our gear and my 82 yr young mom. Easy water access for our kayaks. Host was very prompt to or questions and anything we needed. What more could you ask for?! Loved every minute.

Beautiful home. Stunning views. Efficient communication with Gina. We had ages 19-78 and all enjoyed. Highly recommend and would go back in a heartbeat!

This was one of the few times a rental property has exceeded expectations. The home was perfect for our family. The kitchen was well-appointed and the home was in pristine condition. Look forward to returning next year!

I can’t say enough good things about this property! The house was lovely and had everything you could need! We enjoyed beautiful sunsets, great fishing, and convenient beach access thanks to the bikes! We’ve never stayed at a place so well appointed, and we’ve been vacationing at SGI for over 30 years! To top it all off, communication with Gina was incredible! She was quick to respond to whatever questions we had and was so accommodating! I’m sure more stays at Peaceful Haven are in our future!

What an amazing week in Ms Gina’s house. So happy with the location, the house, the beds. The kitchen and living spaces indoor and out. The pier and watching crabs was so much fun along with fishing from kayaks. We had such a spectacular week there and will be anticipating another stay in this house

We've been going to SGI for 20 years and this was by far our best experience. Gina was wonderful with information and instructions. Her home is absolutely wonderful. She has truly thought of everything for a smooth vacation. Will be staying again.

This is an amazing property in a truly stunning location. The house comfortably held our 2 families of 3 and 4. The use of the kayaks and bikes meant we were able to get the most out of this wonderful area of Florida. Gina was a great host and we hope we can return from the U.K. one day.

I booked this property without reading the reviews. Once I read the reviews, I was even 10x more excited to bring our family there. Gina was exceptionally communicative and so very nice! I encourage everyone to spend time on the pier - both at night and during the day. We loved seeing the wildlife in the bay when the sun was high in the sky. We didn't kayak as much as we'd hoped to, so we'll just have to go again. In the mornings our daughter brought her baby to the end to nurse her and have some peaceful time before everyone woke up. In the evenings, we loved fishing off the dock and watching the fish jump. We thoroughly enjoyed the bikes and they were all in great condition - as were the beach chairs! The house though....Oh my! Every single detail was perfection! We loved the high ceilings, the oversized island (which we used every bit of it), the large table that fit our entire family, the rooms were roomy and oh so comfortable! I'm very picky with my bed and it was better than my bed at home. The bathrooms were large and beautiful. The kitchen was so well stocked!! Including things that we normally have to buy or bring - paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo conditioner, dish soap... Gina, thank you so much for our fabulous family vacation. As we were evacuating because of Helene, we were so melancholy for the island that we all fell in love with! Your home is so well built, we know it will withstand Helene. We look forward to many more stays in your gorgeous home!
