Stayed Sep 2, 2023The location is perfect very convenient to the trail, the beach, and town. Quiet neighborhood and gorgeous views out several windows. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Stayed Mar 29, 2023I didn't feel I could give the property a five star rating since furniture, carpets and kitchen/appliances were a little dated. However, for us, this place was perfect. Large common areas for friends and family to congregate and also large bedrooms if you need to get away from the crowd for a while. The views from the living/dining/kitchen/upstairs bedroom are alone worth the money to stay here. Oceanfront trail passes right by the house within easy walking distance to Yachats. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Mar 3, 2023This was a retreat with the best view of the waves and ocean I’ve seen. I got to read and go to bed looking at the waves. It was therapeutic. Highly recommend!

Stayed Feb 9, 2023We had a wonderful GALentines weekend! We hiked from the house to the suspension bridge on Amanda’s trail, enjoyed Chai from Green Salmon, shopped local, and watched the tides hit the rocks. Location was absolutely perfect! The house layout is conducive to large groups without feeling like you’re on top of each other. Would absolutely book another stay here!

Stayed Aug 26, 2022Great oceanfront location for the family. Plenty of room for our family of 8 with ages 2-54. We enjoyed the easy access to the beach and trails. The house was perfect for family time, dining, games, etc. Would definitely return.
