Stayed Aug 11, 2025This house was amazing! We stayed here for Cooperstown Dreams Park week 14. Park is close but far enough away to enjoy a home away from home. House was clean and very spacious. Views were beautiful with lots of hidden trails. We saw the horses, cows, and roosters at the farm across the way. This house is rated 10 out of 10!

Stayed Jul 12, 2025We stayed here for my son’s tournament at dreams park and it was a perfect escape from the hectic ballpark! Plenty of space, comfortable, lots of games for kids, so much outdoor space, and house was immaculate. The bunk room was perfect for our four kids! They didn’t want to leave. Property management was very helpful. Great stay and am looking forward to rebooking when I am back with my younger son in 2 years!!

Stayed Jun 24, 2025Great stay! We were there for baseball at Dreams Park. Close to fields, very quiet and comfortable. Clean home with everything needed for a week of baseball games.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The house was awesome! Clean and spacious for 2 families! Kids loved the bunk bed room. Outside patio and bbq were perfect when coming back from late games.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The home was in a beautiful, and convenient location to Dreams Park. It’s a cozy and bright home that made it comfortable to lounge around while in rain delays. Beds were super comfortable and made a nice nap space for my son and husband that was staying in the barracks as a coach. Look for the fireflies out back at night! My daughter also was able to catch some frogs in the yard at night.
